I highly do not recommend to not come here especially if you are experiencing your first pregnancy and looking for a professional, personable experience. They make you feel dehumanized. A couple of people were nice like ladies at check -in but the rest treat it as what it is a 9-5 job with no compassion. They cancel your biggest moments ex:first ultrasound same day within 3 hours of scheduled time. The so called midwife has bad energy and low vibrations as observed by my husband during first visit. I highly recommend doing your due diligence and finding a private OBGYN like myself. They cancel your appointment and schedule you a date without you even agreeing to being available or giving you options to see your personal availability. This place is a joke and I feel bad for the other women I seen there because they are speak foreign languages and as a person from this country I know this is bottom of the barrel service. On a positive note best wishes to all who are trying and still care about their job

I have had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Hardy, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also one of the most personable doctors I’ve ever met. From the moment you step into his office, he makes you feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Hardy takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. His warm, approachable demeanor combined with his expertise makes every visit a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Hardy to anyone seeking top-notch medical care with a personal touch!

Dr. Alexander Hardy is the best doctor at the Cora Brannon family health center is nice to have a doctor that you can actually speak with and get things done that is needed. Some of the other people there are not so great but Dr. Hardy is the bomb.com. Kudos to you Dr. Hardy.

My husband is very ill, and we are fortunate to have Dr. Hardy as his primary care physician. From our very first visit, my husband expressed his gratitude to Dr. Hardy for treating him with the respect and compassion he deserves, rather than just seeing him as a number. Dr. Hardy’s extensive knowledge, caring demeanor, and understanding nature have been a great comfort to us. We truly wish more doctors shared his approach, and we are deeply grateful to have him guiding my husband through this challenging time.

The wait times for pregnant women at prenatal are ridiculous. My first appointment it took 3 hours after my initial appointment time to be seen. The following appointments were practically the same wait. Registration alone takes at least 30-45 minutes. After they took me in wow i had to be in the exam room waiting at least an hour before I saw the doctor each time.

Really bad experience at this place, you really should be ashamed of your customer service, total lack of disrespect with the patient, my wife was frustrated, she arrived there and she was advised she had to change the primary doctor ( she did it because our daughter need to see a doctor) 30 minutes pass by, then she went to the triage with the nurse and 45 minutes pass by, then she was advised to change again cause the other doctor was sick since the morning!!!! You could say that since the beginning, 2 hours pass by and was impossible to get attention, if you care about your health never visit this place. I give you one star cause I have to ! To be able to rate my sad experience.

As a 54 year old man. Father of four, grandfather to 6. I have seen my share of emergency rooms, doctors, and procedures. I can honestly say there has only been a couple medical professionals who have made an impact in my life. Regardless of the situation or circumstances I have been blessed by the level of care and attention I so often receive from Dr. Alexander Hardy. His way of communicating and purposeful planning to give me the best and most appropriate care has given me hope and peace in knowing I am not alone or just another patient. He brings so much more than his medical knowledge. He brings healing.

I have been treated by Dr. Hardy and have no complaints, at all. He is what you expect in your Physician, knowledgeable & helpful! He didn't rush my visit, listened to my complaints & symptoms, halted some meds. (with reasons) prescribed new meds. (with reasons), prescribed some testing that I could not afford but referred me to where I could get help. When I get better Insurance I would definitely keep. Dr. Hardy as my PCP!
The 2 Ladies in Lobby, Front desk staff, Medical Assistants, were courteous and friendly.
