Had an appointment for 3PM. to get the results of a blood test.
After waiting one hour I go to the receptionist and she tells me that she is just receiving the results from labcorp. I mentioned the 1 hour wait with no communication told me the doctor is very busy and travels a lot. I think its better not to take more patience if you can't take care of the ones you have. The doctor did take time with me the first time I went but I think making your patients wait that long is rude. I am sure if the roles were reversed she would feel the same way I did.

I never write bad reviews but this place deserves it. I was referred here from a previous medical provider and booked a blood work appointment. The nurses there did not understand what my concern it was. Instead they told me that there was nothing wrong. They recommended me to go get an ultrasound aro look more into my concern. After days of waiting and calling them, they would say my result never came in. I contact radiology regional and they would tell me they sent it multiple times. Melanie was SO helpful. I am NOT upset at her. I am upset with the nurses and providers there. After weeks of trying to get my results in for them to see. I was told that they would contact me and let me know my results. Not ONCE, was I ever called. I called about 25 times a week to hear about my result or get an appointment in to talk to them. I have tried to advocate for myself and yet I was treated without any help from them. I eventually asked for all my records to be emailed and went with another provider at a different location, not connected/partnered to this business and resolved my issue. I DO NOT recommend!

The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband and I moved back to his hometown of Lehigh Acres a few months ago and we've been looking for a good doctor to go to. After our first visit there, I'm happy to say it will probably be our regular doctor. Not only were the doctor and nurse that seen my husband very friendly and understanding. But the ladies at the front desk were very nice as well. I would like to give a very big shout out to Lee for going above and beyond. She had a very upbeat attitude and was very friendly and sweet. And kept us both laughing. Overall, both my husband and I are very satisfied with our first visit. And we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

First, the office is so clean and always smells so nice! The staff is so warm and welcoming. Everyone from the front desk staff to the physical therapist's, and of course the doctors are so kind and well informed. Even the manager, Ana, was so kind and helpful when I had questions. Not to forget the head of therapy, Leo, was also great. I recommend this office to anyone!!

I visited the Fort Myers office and was very impressed. I was able to get a same day appointment. The ladies at the front were kind and welcoming. Dr. Diaz was thorough, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Allied!

Allied Medical is the place to go if you want great customer service and care! Leo, Is awesome!! He is full of knowledge and will go above and beyond for his patients! I am very blessed to know him and will recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!

Excellent staff and professional service. They really care for the patient and their needs. Dr. Rosales takes time to explain my treatment and is very thorough in her examinations .

Gave me a referral to a different doctor. I went to the referred doctor and the appointment with that doctor was miserable. He didn’t listen to anything I said and wouldn’t prescribe the medications I’ve been taking for nearly 5 years. I contacted Allied Medical who had already filled my prescription twice asking for one more month as I tried to find another specialist and after playing phone tag for 3 days they told me no at 4pm on the third day. Allied Medical didn’t particularly make the mistake here. But they did give me a lousy referral and then couldn’t assist me afterwards. Lastly the reason I was told that they could no longer prescribe the medication was because the provider was an APRN. Which is not true at all.
