ALL ABOUT THE MONEY .. If you cut your insurance on the marketplace, doesn’t matter what company it is you can’t go here anymore. They canceled you. If you call UnitedHealthcare directly and say I want to buy a policy, they’ll take you then. THESE PEOPLE ARE NO GOOD ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD TRUSTING YOUR CHILDREN OR YOUR MOTHER TO THEM IS INSANITY.

Dr Ramirez listens and very professionally friendly. I like that he is no nonsense straight up front. And has the patience of a Saint. I take his advice seriously. The staff is helpful the
facility is clean. The outside well lots of pot holes which holds tremendous water so one has to be very careful where they can park.

🤯2 HOURS OF WAITING!!!!! For real Today I was waiting for 2 hours to see the doctor, literally. My appointment was a 9:30am, I arrived at 9:15am, and I saw the doctor at 11:15am 🤦🏽‍♀️.
This is so disrespectful. Looks like they are the only one with schedule, like if our time doesn’t matter.
The staff is ok, the doctor really nice and attentive.

Office called and cancelled my first appt with them. I rescheduled and doctor “isn’t here yet” THEN girl said she never got my referral from PCP bc it “usually takes 2 weeks to receive!” I said “ok, whaaaaaaaat? Makes no sense!” I immediately got on phone w/PCP who told me it was sent AND their own doc (specialist) had already signed off on it! Still waiting for doctor to stroll in! Sooooo unorganized and rude office help shrugging their shoulders w/language barrier!!! Needless to say I won’t t be back and suggested to PCP not to refer patients here to avoid a freakish shit show !

This place is a joke half the time. I started using them once I found out they took my kids insurance. Every time I turned around seems to be an issues. I took my son last week to his dental appointment and then I had got to thinking I should’ve brought my daughter before I had brought him and I knew I had an appointment set up while whenever I was there I asked them about it and come to find out The dental hygienist that she was using is no longer there so instead of them, calling me to let me know to move her appointment to another dental hygienist they just decided not to contact me. So I also asked him if my mother was able to take my kids because I do remember filling out a form I was told yes that she was on So therefore, I had her take my daughter today to get her teeth checked they get there and then I am told that I have to be there. My mother can’t because she’s not on the forms after I was told that she was the crazy thing is I had called to ask about her taking them due to? I had surgery if I would’ve known that this was going to happen. I wouldn’t even bothered asking her, they also decided to tell me today after my mom was there that my daughter paperwork had expired which I was not told on the phone. They told me expired last year. It should’ve been updated like I told them the paperwork should’ve been updated if I was informed, she needed to see another hygienist instead of them acting like the appointment never existed. Then my other son, I had taken him to see the doctor as well, and they would not accept the birth certificate. I had on my phone due to the fact that I did not have the hardcopy because I was packed up at the time moving. So instead of letting me email that they decided to cancel the appointment just like they did my daughter today. Tried calling corporate 5 times no answer.

My children switched over to FHC from a privet doctors and I cannot express enough how great it is. They give quality care at a fair price. I love that peace can be filled in the same building. Due to the size of the office I am usually always able to get a last minute appointment. Every doctor they have seen on the pediatric side and the adult medicine side have been attentive listened to them.

Someone was lying. My doctor said she did the referral in Jan and I was called in for another appointment to get the same referral. Charged twice for the same referral. Believe me. Billing was sating she was lying and she didn't do the referral. Of coarse billing was saying she lied. They didn't want to lose my 60 dollar copay and insurance payment number two for the same issue. My doctor had no reason to sat she did it. This may be confusing so bottom line is billing was sating their doctor lied to me. And refused to give me money back for a second appointment for the same referral. I love my doctor. Buy I have to leave a dishonest office. Shame on you. I hope that 50 bucks and insurance patment was worth it. You won't be getting another dine from me. I HATE LIARS!!!!
