Easy to make an appointment. Staff is caring, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Brandy explained everything before proceeding and what I would experience, didn’t even feel the IV. She and her teammate work well together in sync. She made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Such a great place and staff Joan who set my appointment went out of her way to to work with my schedule and got my insurance approval in minutes. As for the actual MRI Cherry was great explaining the process in detail , I needed contrast and usually there is a problem finding a vein she found it on the first attempt . I had a long Abdominal MRI and Cherry made it so comfortable for me .I highly recommend MRI Scan &Imaging Center. Also they have state of the art equipment and the images came out so clear.

I’m reposting this again just in case they didn’t allow the first one to go through. This place is the most incompetent unprofessional establishment that I have ever had any medical test taken. My doctor made an appointment for me weeks ago. They called me yesterday and said that I could come a day early. I explain to them that I had already had coffee with cream in it so they said OK just keep your normal appointment which is the fifth! Later that afternoon, I received another phone call from their office. Remind me I have an appointment on the fifth and I should show up at 9:15 AM. I showed up for my appointment the day that my doctor had scheduled it, they told me my doctor canceled the appointment and it was scheduled for the next day early in the morning I immediately called my doctors office. They had no knowledge of the rescheduling, and told me if I had left to return to their office and they would straighten it out well it could be straightened out because they didn’t even order the iodine which they needed to inject into me for this procedure. This business is totally incompetent they’re not professional they have no idea what they’re doing and I would be in fear for anyone to go there ! Because if they can’t keep your appointments straight, what makes you think they’re going to give you the right MRI a pet scan or what you were supposed to get in the first place !!! beware!!!!

The gentleman with the British accent that did the MRI machine scanning was incredibly kind and patient. Also the staff were very pleasant and easy to work with, I had an ultrasound and she was extraordinarily patient and also very professional and Gentle which is helpful. I’ve had three or four experiences over the year at this MRI center and they’ve all been very good and it’s also very clean and they have a lot of bathrooms which is great for older people. But if you can’t walk up steps to go around the other side of the building and there’s a ramp for handicap there’s three or four tall steps in front of the office front door so there’s a ramp around the back. Both waiting rooms the main one when you come in and the one for the MRI in the back have a lot of seats and a nice and clean with a huge TV and coffee machine tea and a cold water dispenser very nice. I posted a few photos from my experience and also photos from when you’re trying to find the place it’s actually around the corner of across from the KALUZ restaurant. So I give it overall five stars because I’ve been to the other MRI places this one is cleaner nicer and very nice staff!

This was most likely the worst experience I’ve ever had. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time to be seen, the technician was extremely unprofessional. First I’ve got claustrophobia and go in lay down and close my eyes so it’s an experience based on sound and touch. I heard, hmmm, uh oh, that’s not good, not getting good flow, now it’s gushing; just look. I need the other arm. Hmm, not good here either, vein is rolling, going to have to go back to the other arm and try the wrist. This is looking ok, let me tape it. Oh no, I took the tape to your other side and have to get it. This is what happens when it’s only me. With claustrophobia the headphones and being in the tube were a blessing at this point. Then the disc would take 5 minutes. I waited 4 and called my Uber. 25 minutes later and a waiting fee from Uber, I left and they had to mail the disc to me. A hard no from me on recommending.
