Very professional, kind, and sincerely listened to my concerns. Keep the appointment time. Where I experienced with past providers the were always behind in the schedule brought you back and made you wait longer. Not here! Respected my and my time.

So just want you to know what you’re dealing with at St. George’s 210, I’ve been a physician assistant for 30 years had a very critical care. Patient come in that was basically finding blood and excreting blood, due to the experience of the doctor that I was working with in my skills I was a place a line in the patient that, basically saved her life, I want to appreciate all of the nurses that help me out during this time and the physician that was relied on me due to my school of 30 years of ER medicine to help save this woman. People complain because they had to wait during the timeframe that we’re doing this. I went to 3/4 of them because it was the end of my shift and had worked an ungodly amount over the weekend and they were all respective of me. My community, my nurses love my doctors Johns counts and rocks. just to let you all know that was the end of a long and long more than than years schedule that I picked up to help someone out. Not pay myself on the back but I’ve had experience for over 30 years and emergency medicine and it helped out and I’m thinking Poor guy to give him his talent, come on come on we want your business

Administration prevents patients from obtaining necessary care, abrogating a duty of care. In the 2 years I’ve been forced to use St Vincent’s due to my insurance, no one answers the phone in the office. Ever. You are forced to deal with untrained staff at another facility who only know how make an appointment, and sometimes have problems doing that.
They refuse to allow patients to leave any necessary message to relevant personnel to solve the problems they create. The authorization department is incompetent. If you must deal with the referral department, start calling them immediately. When nothing gets done as usual, ask for a supervisor, and then when nothing continues to get done, talk to the supervisor’s supervisor. My last authorization took them 6 months! Because of their bureaucratic failures, I have been forced to endure long waits for another appointment and pay for care from other “out of network” providers which would have been covered if St Vincent’s had competent administration. These issues consistently result in delayed urgent care, unnecessary pain, and suffering. They endanger the patients in their care. Happily I have recently been able to go to another clinic. My doctor was actually competent and caring at St Vincent’s, but I can’t entrust the health care of my family to a failed system.

This place has amazing front desk service but once you are checked in you are left to dry....I went there at 2pm. She told me to wait 1h on site or comeback once there I waited and extra 40 minutes to be seen by a nurse for vital signs...then I waited another 1h to see an RN....once he finally saw me he sorta suggested to get an x-ray of my chest it took another hour to give me my x-ray results from literally on-site radiologist. A total of 4 hours visit to get a second opinion. Such a waist of time!! At Avecina SR210 they did all this and more in what seamed 30 minutes!!! And I'm sure without a doubt that this is going to cost me x4 times more money than Avecina. I'm beyond mad because on top of this they NEVER sent my prescription to my pharmacy and they asked me multiple time: what is my pharmacy of preference?!! I don't even know if this place is even worth having around when their hospital is nearby a few block EST on SR210. The whole time they had 4 patients waiting and they were as slow as can be...must be nice to collect from insurance their inflated rates. I can't say it enough GO to Avecina for non life threatening services they DO have a doctor on site...this St-V urgent care...I don't even think they have a Doctor on site at all, best to go to their ER directly for any emergency. Never again stepping foot here. Never!!

I made an appointment in advance for 2:45pm. I checked in beforehand online and had all of my paperwork complete. I wasn't seen by the physicians assistant until 4:25. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I don't understand what the reasoning was behind booking an appointment if it would be completely disregarded.

After years with my doctor, Ascension terminated her and it has exploded in (unfortunately) the patient's face (me). I'm sure I can't be the only patient experiencing this as Dr. Agurrie was a the best. Never in 4-5 years have I ever had a problem. until now. At first, I received proper notice, of her departure of late October this year. 10 days after my last appointment with her (8/9) (no mention of it)... she was gone. No proper notice. No referral to a new doctor. No Doctor in her place. No back up plan for the patients. No continued care for patients. No continued treatment. No medication management. No answers. No calls back. No emails back. No help whatsoever. Now 12 days after my appointment, I'm attempting to go pick up my prescription, and there is no prescription. The office pretty much told me 15 different times- "we are doing our best." Messing with peoples time and money is one thing. Messing with the patient's HEALTH, is another. What a joke.

Textbook Patient Abandonment.
