Needed rehab for my shoulder so started with XL PT by Holy Cross. I will say that Ebony who runs the front office is a pleasure to work with. Great attitude, super efficient. Great energy and vibe at this location, I was happy to spend my time there.

I did most of my therapy with Lonny, who is just great. Knows his stuff. Had a bunch of appts with Kat as well, who also is fantastic. Helping the therapists out was Maygun, who besides being super helpful, should be on 'The Voice'. Possibly missing her calling by becoming a therapist 😉

Would highly recommend XL PT to anyone needing therapy.

Excellent therapist and Staff. Ebony, is so helpful, professional and kind. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very kind. His advice is right on. He educates me regarding do’s and don’ts at the center and for my exercises at the gym. I can’t say enough positive things about XL and their therapists. I have been going on and off for 3 years as a snow bird.

Jack and his stall are the best PT’s in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Between my wife and I we’ve had 3 shoulder surgeries. All three were rehabbed by Jack or his staff. Check around, I noticed when doctors family members need PT, lot wind up with Jack. If you have a great doctor, remember to look for a great physical therapist. You need both to have a successful surgery. Good luck.

All their therapists are amazing people. It’s great teamwork. They work the trigger points troubled areas. You feel amazing when you come out of there. I haven’t felt this good in two months. XL Physical Therapy is THE BEST spot in South Florida for physical therapy. I’ve been going since I was a little girl. The team can heal any injury you endure. Jack has been my PT my whole life and allowed me to play 3 sports in high school at St. Thomas Aquinas and make it to the collegiate level. I’ve gone for a herniated disc, dislocated shoulder, tendinitis, and my patellar/hamstring tendon. DON’T second guess coming here for your injury. You won’t find a better place than XL. They work with all ages and fit the needs of the patient to exactly what they need.

Jack and the team at XL Physical Therapy are the best in the business. I started seeing Jack after having surgery for a torn rotator cuff. Although the recovery took longer than i had hoped, Jack is the master of his trade. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy.

Best therapy center. Most friendly and experienced staff. Greet you by name and make you feel like family. Even celebrated my birthday. Very nice and thoughtful. They have every single exercise machines and therapy techniques. Very satisfied and happy I found this place.
