For women, going to the gyno is never fun. Offices often feel as cold as the metal stirrups you slip your feet in. Well ladies, not here!!!! The staff is phenomenal and Dr Pennant is exceptional, very knowledgeable and answered any question I had with honesty and compassion. The office felt so cozy and it was top notch clean. Pretty little pink cushy covering for our feet, cute gowns and just the best experience I have ever had with gynecology. As an RN, when I see a good Dr I feel compelled to share. This place hit the mark spot on!!

Love Dr Pennant for how caring she is, always a great experience with her team for follow up calls billing/scheduling, everyone is so great. I recommended Dr Pennant to multiple friends and both enjoyed their experience. Dr Pennant referred me to a great surgeon-oncologist Dr Martin Martino at St Vincent Hospital Riverside in Jax for cyst removal and I had an amazing experience with his group. Grateful for my obgyn looking out for me!

I finally found a place where they truly care for women over 40! Hallelujah! Dr. Pennant is very knowledgeable, much more so than many others I have experienced. She and her amazing sweet nurse helped me through a really tough time. And they are continuing to help me with a wonderful standard of care. I’m so happy I found this place!

I am very disappointed with how I was treated at the office. I came there for help and was just seen as more money in their pocket. They places several diagnosis in my chart without telling me and then charging me for it. I was a new orient so I have yet to get any testing done to prove the diagnosis except a urine sample. The people that I spoke too on the phone were disrespectful and told me I’m too young to understand. Very disappointing and will be going elsewhere for help.

WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE! The office is so beautiful and every staff member I encountered was really nice and friendly. But Dr Pennant is WONDERFUL - as both a doctor and a human being. She took care of all of my needs clinically but was so personable and she spent time just encouraging me on some things I shared about my mental health. She was so kind and loving and you can tell she truly cares about her patients well being. Viviana her nurse was also wonderful!!! Such great customer service and kindness. I was just expecting a regular Dr visit and it ended up being a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!!!!

Office staff is not very friendly. Charged me a diagnosis fee without giving me a diagnosis. Huge push for me to get on birth control because I’m “young.” Very hard to get in contact with throughout their own patient portal which they want you to use. Very disappointed with the service and will be finding a new gyno.

Felt so comfortable from the moment I walked in... The office is clean and beautiful AND the staff are on their A game! Dr Pennant's warmth, care and concern was felt the moment she walked through the patient room door. This was my first appointment at this office and I was absolutely interviewing the entire experience from the first call to the follow up reminders to the smiles when I walked through the door. We just moved to Ponte Vedra and knowing I could call Dr Pennant should I ever need to ask a question makes me feel at ease. Thank you for your professionalism.

Absolutely love this office. Vivi is an amazing nurse. Made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Pennant was so great. She took her time to get to know me and answer all my questions. Truly such a great experience.
