I want to give a shout out to Tula Health and Katherine...I have been working with her for about a year, mostly for weight loss. Also, at almost 55 years old, I knew I needed to focus more on my health overall. We had a comprehensive consultation including blood work / labs, and she gave me a personalized plan.

In short, I am down 30 pounds (within about 9 months)! I feel better and am motivated to continue towards a healthier lifestyle.

At Katherine's advice, I kicked off my journey with a detox program, cut out a lot of sugar and carbs for a few months, and enjoyed the Nutrition Frontiers products of protein shakes, greens, vitamins and a probiotic - I love all the products she suggested for me, and still use them (and no pharmaceuticals!). Based on my blood work and what I needed to get in check, she also helped me adjust my diet. And, let me stress, at no time did I or do I feel like I was sacrificing, I still enjoy my wine, and good food! I eliminated things in stages, little changes at a time, she knew that's how I would be successful.

I know Katherine does a lot of research on top of her education and knowledge of overall health, I trust everything she suggests, because...it works! She is also helping my daughter, my aunt and friends with various issues from acne, weight loss, high blood sugar and high cholesterol - I see success in all of them as well.
