First time @ this new clinic. My husband had a CT Scan appt. today at 10:30 a.m. We checked in as requested 15 minutes prior to the appt. time @ 10:15. At 11:30 a.m. he was still not called for his appt. meanwhile several others had been called for other depts. - and yet no one from the CT Scan dept. felt the need to inform us that they were running an hour behind. Please communicate - it doesn't cost anything to keep patients informed. Very disappointed, in this clinic.

Thank you so much to Mr Willie White III for listening to this old Army wife as she waited for her husband of almost 30 years to finally get necessary blood work and medical tests that he's been waiting for. The new facility is beautiful but I wonder why my husband's ultrasound had to be performed in a trailer outside of the clinic. I understand that doctors are over worked but so are the nurses, social workers, and other support staff. They are the real heroes. HOOAH! ❤️🇺🇲❤️😁

The new primary care facility for the VA. A very nice new building, spacious interior with lots of seating. Radiology and laboratory work available on site, however the blood work is sent to the main VA hospital. Plenty of parking, overall a nice location.

Today I had my 1st appointment with Dr. Price. I made the right choice to get my care changed from Jacksonville to Gainesville. I came in with a high level of pain and needing help finding out what is going on because my symptoms are a long list and that is due to me trying to get care for so long from the wrong place. She listened to me and was patient with me. She helped me with the pain till I could get home and then start on some medicine. The drive to Gainesville was so bad but after Dr. Price helped me, I was able to do the drive back to Jacksonville so much better. The nurse was right, it was better for my husband as well lol.
I also had labs & radiology appointments. Having them in such a close area is so helpful for myself because walking can be difficult. I also felt calmer here because it wasnt overcrowded and the staff was so nice and helpful. The commute was well worth it. Hoping that now maybe we can find out whats going on & Im ok with whatever the outcome is as long as I can try and live a comfortable life.
Thank you to Dr. Price & her staff. I'd also like to thank every staff member I had the privilege of metting today. Bravo Zulu to everyone.
I highly recommend the commute if you aren't getting the care you need. Help comes from a lot of places but sometimes we have to go the distance to get it.
Never give up y'all...

The clinic is nice, but you are given little instruction on where to wait for your care team. Also, if you are there for a yearly checkup, you must go to the main hospital for labs then drive across town to the clinic. Or you can get you labs done a couple days prior to your appointment and that's fine if you live close.

This facility is extremely convenient to get to (no Archer Rd traffic in the morning), it's clean, welcoming, and has EASY close parking. While it is tough to figure out where to wait for your care team, the waiting room is VERY spacious, welcoming, and comfortable.

As always, the people here are great. My only complaint is that the doctors don't have their own rooms but have to go room to room and carry their laptops with them. I wonder if the administrators have their own rooms or if they carry a laptop from room to room.

Opened last year around Oct- Nov 2022. The mental health clinic was the first of the two major clinics to be opened by the VA.

The mental health Clinic offers comprehensive treatment evaluation screenings and everything that's needed for the veteran concerning Mental Health.
It is a state of the art awesome facility that's clean, comfortable seating and waiting areas. Of course there is also 24-hour Security on site.
