PARENTS BEWARE UNTRAINED STAFF, NO SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN, AFTER SEVERAL WARNINGS TO STAFF ABOUT MIXING OF AGES TEENS AROUND YOUNGER KIDS. 2 INCIDENTS OF MY 10 year old SON BEING CORNERED AND THREATENED BY TEENS , HE WAS ATTACKED BY A TEEN, DID NOT NOTIFY ME OF THE ATTACK ANOTHER CHILD MY TEEN CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME OF ATTACK THE YOUNG TEEN UNPROVOKED HAULED OFF AND HIT MY SON , I WAS LIED TO ABOUT AGE, THEY RESPONDED BY CALLING POLICE ON MY SON CLAIMING OFFICERS CAN EVALUATE MENTAL HEALTHYES TEAM NEVER CONTACTED LIED THAT MY SON WAS OUT OF CONTROL AFTER FIGHT , THREATENED MY SON WITH BAKER ACT AFTER TRYING TO VIOLATE HIS RIGHTS TRIED TO SEPARATE HIM FROM HIS OLDER SIBLINGS TO SPEAK WITH OFFICERS WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME. I REQUESTED INCIDENT REPORT BE FILED AND THE INFORMATION TURNED OVER TO ME TO PURSUE CHARGES AGAINST TEEN WAS TOLD THEY DONT PRESS CHARGES I RESPONDED YOU REPORT THE INCIDENT CHARGES ARE BETWEEN ME MY SON AND STATE OF FLORIDA. More concerned about damage control than following the law if I wasn’t pursuing lawsuit for negligence BEFORE TRUST ME I AM NOW. Do not send your kids here absolutely do not recommend

this place is soo bad I would never ever wanna go there again this place had roaches & there counselor couldn't keep the kids in control and they're always late on pickup time and the lady that work they was talking about my child & called me a stripper that's 3as very outrageous I would not recommend your child to go here

I’ve personally met the community at Active and I can say they have been a tremendous help to me and my family. Without them, I could not have made the kind of mending of relationships I needed. Thank you tremendously, Active!

They are always late. Very unprofessional. They have no communication in this place. We moved and they were dropping of my step daughter to our new address and then Labor Day came and she was supposed to get picked up between 8:30am and 9:30am but the driver went to the old address and ended up picking her up at 12pm.
