I can’t say enough about how life-changing dry needling has been for me at this sports medicine facility. From my very first session, I noticed an immediate difference in my neck and shoulders—where I carry all the stress of daily life. The precision of the work is truly incredible. On my most recent visit, I had a stubborn knot that would’ve taken weeks to work through, but Andrew dissolved it within minutes.

Dry needling is an absolute game changer, and I’m completely hooked! Andrew pinpoints pain spots with expert accuracy and gets straight to the point—no BS, no gimmicks, just results. I’ve been recommending this to everyone and can’t stop singing his praises.

I have been working with Andrew and I highly recommend him. I have a tear in my shoulder, and was experiencing a loss of mobility in my neck and shoulder, and shoulder pain. I was considering surgery, but decided to try rehab first. Andrew worked on my neck mobility, and shoulder strength and mobility with exercises, messaging, and needling. My neck mobility is now largely normal, and all pain and limitations in my shoulders is gone. As a result, I have a better quality of life, and can resume all lifting and activities. If you’re looking for top notch care and an amazing team, Andrew and Nicole at AVION Physical Therapy are the best! I started going to them to prep for my first marathon and they’ve been incredible. We’ve done sport-specific running exercises, dry needling with electric stimulation, massaging, and scalping—all tailored to my needs. They also helped with some nagging knee pain from all of my training.

They’re brilliant, fun, and make every session enjoyable. Whether you’re an athlete or just looking to feel your best, I can’t recommend them enough.

I was referred to Andrew for my shoulder injury. I’m extremely grateful that happened, as Andrew’s knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. His evaluations helped me understand where I’m at with my injury and what work needs to be done. He also explained everything really well and was patient with my questions. In a short time, my shoulder ROM and strength improved considerably (although there’s still a ways to go). It’s hard to imagine finding a better person to partner with for injury management/prevention - Andrew’s that good. If you’re in Florida, you’ve gotta go see him.

Brandon is amazing!! I am a CrossFit coach and athlete who trains a majority of my weeks. Constantly on my feet everyday. I had a pelvis injury over a decade ago that still gives me problems with my hips occasionally. I needed help for an event last week and I came in with a lot of hip flexor discomfort. I was taken in so quickly. After 2 sessions I felt SO much relief (& crushed the event). I have had some questionable experiences elsewhere in the past without getting much help and I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I saw Andrew for 5 or 6 sessions and he is extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to ask many questions to determine my slightly unusual case and was determined to get me relief. He did his own research to offer ideas as to what could help in addition to the relief I felt from the dry needling and cupping he performed. He really does aim to heal patients and NOT see them again. If you are an active adult who has an injury or recurring issue, I highly recommend seeing Andrew. I spent years with recurring severe DOMS and with his help it has subsided and I can push in my strength training.

Andrew and his staff are extremely passionate at their craft and they stay up to date on the advancements and technology in their industry to ensure high level treatments.
