Although each patient has their appointment, the last time my appointment was at 2:00 pm and it was 3:00 pm and they had not attended to us, not to mention the bad work, treatment and disorder that the people who serve in the registration. They do not have professional ethics nor are they prepared, in my opinion, to do the work they do. The staff in charge of attending to the refugees in terms of their appointments and the treatment towards them is terrible, not to mention that when it comes to assisting them and dealing with them, they do not have, in my opinion, the necessary preparation, the registration people spend their time telling stories, singing and talking among themselves without realizing that there are people waiting to be attended to and registered in the system by them, not to mention that they make you wait more than two hours even though the person has their appointment.

I just wanted a TB test to be able to start work. Lab was basically empty, Only two outpatient visits waiting and the staff denied service. They were all just sitting down talking and offered me an appointment for December. I explained and she said: no walk-ins, go to Quest and handed me a sheet with all the quest labs info. These are the kind of places that give government workers a bad reputation.

I went for a covid test. Read a review saying that they waited two hours in line. I got there two hours before my appointment and was helped almost immediately. There were probably ten cars ahead of me. The staff was very nice and helpful.
For my second test, I showed up an hour before my appointment and only had to wait behind two other vehicles.
The test itself is very quick and painless.

Excellent place where you have the sweetest people! ever since I can remember they've been so nice very kind if you're having a bad day they make your day they should be rewarded and they they deserve to get pay more I've never been in a place where everybody is so sweet so kind so nice I was having a😭 horrible weekend and today April 11th 2003 I went for my daughters shot they made me and my daughter feel like family thank you so much and God bless every one of them 💯💕👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️

I went through the process of setting up an appointment three hours in advance. Upon arrival, the security guard asked if I had an appointment. I told him I did. He said he believed me but because of a system issue, I needed to reschedule my appointment for the same day. It was a bit frustrating, but the security guard was kind enough to walk me through the process not once but two more times. The system confirmed my appointment again by providing another QR code. Even still the security guard was not sure if the appointment went through and showed on their end but instructed me to drive over to the testing site.

After driving over, I asked the employees under the tent if my appointment went through on their end. The employee named “Yaya” could not hear me, so I repeated my question. She stated that she still could not hear me and asked me to turn my car engine off to hear me better. I did what she asked. She didn’t understand why I was asking her that and so I explained from the beginning the same way I did the security guard. “The security guard wasn’t sure if the appointment went through in your system and so that’s why I’m asking you if it went through.”

This is when the female employee became disrespectful with her “1st of alls, 2nd of alls, and 3rd of alls”, her neck loosened, swinging her head about. Apparently, this female employee was triggered that I didn’t greet her. This is not how customer service works. If I am the one seeking a service, it is the employee that greets the customer. It is this way with every service job. She is ill-equipped for any servicing job.

Another assumption she rudely made is that I was blaming her for the system errors. I never blamed her for the issue. I simply shared my experience and she kept accusing me of having an attitude when she was simply receiving the energy she gave out. She continued to escalate and even began complaining to me about her job and the long hours she has worked today.

Out of nowhere, the female employee says I can refuse your service. I asked is that what you want to do? She replied, “yeah, I can, and I will because I’m better than you!”  I felt totally disrespected and aghast at the lack of professionalism and the inability to provide a simple service without projecting her bad day onto me. I asked for a supervisor, and she refused. The other two male employers were not helpful either.

Their demeanor did not change even when my husband spoke with them which goes to show the issue is not with me but with them. They nonchalantly stated that if you have a complaint don’t talk to us, just call the phone number, as if they knew there would be no consequences for their unprofessionalism. After which they said “we’ll just call the police” without even first asking us to leave.

What kind of operation is this? I called and made an appointment apparently it takes over a month to get a basic vaccination...ok appointment made 35 days out THEN the next day someone calls me claiming to work for department of health and demanding to know my date of birth and what vaccination I wanted? Either your staff are tone deaf to identify theft concerns or your records are being accessed by actual crooks I'm not sure. If the goal was to make the patient nervous and convince them to pay more at CVS for halfway professional service I would say mission successful.

Wow , just wow!
There's no signs indicating where to even go in the building, no take a number sign., no sign in here clerk desk. Just a cluster all around . I cannot and will not come back to this place ! And I haven't even been seen yet.. definitely DONT recommend!
