I had a great experience with Dr. Alexei Prytkov at Urgent & Primary Care while preparing my immigration documents and vaccinations. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The process was smooth and stress-free, and he ensured all the necessary paperwork and medical requirements were completed properly. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend Dr. Prytkov for anyone needing immigration medical exams and vaccinations!

The care and time everyone takes with you at this facility is outstanding. Unfortunately I had to go in without an appointment, but my wait was very manageable, they were very upfront about how long it might take, and everyone was very helpful, professional and kind. Even calling the next day to check on my kids. No one really likes to have to visit an urgent care clinic , but if you find yourself in a situation where you need it, I think this is a great one to Utilize.

This is the best urgent care i’ve ever been to! The Doctor and all this PAs and the NP are so sweet, and actually take the time out of their day to show quality care for patients. I will always come back to this location and recommend to my coworkers/friends all the time!

I saw PA Elizabeth again yesterday. PA Elizabeth is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and a great listener. She explains things in an understandable way as well.

I moved to Ponte Vedra 15 mos ago and I haven’t chosen a primary Dr yet, only because I do not health concerns that require regular medical visits. I’m blessed at 57. The ENTIRE staff at Cure Ponte Vedra US1 are friendly, helpful, caring and I am always seen right away EVEN as a walk-in. 5 ⭐️

I am new in town and wasn’t sure where to go. I’m glad I chose Urgent Care Cure. Everyone was excellent. I got in and out quickly with relief for the stomachs pains that I was experiencing. I even received a follow up call the next day. The staff was caring and personable. Thank you!

I had a great experience, Valerie was assisting us and was the sweetest, most caring person, making sure my wife and I were comfortable and ok. Elizabeth was the P.A. treating my wife, and she was also a super amazing person. This location was very clean and inviting, and these two ladies did everything they could to make sure our visit was a great one. I hope I don't need to visit again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.

itis clear all they care about is money. I needed was a simple work note for missing one day. I had already paid previously in the week, the max that I could pay here including the visit and an x-ray to find out that nothing serious was wrong. After working a 70-hour physically strenuous work week, the discomfort returned and all I wanted was a simple note to miss work for one day to heal. They want me to come back in and pay $120 as I do not have insurance for them to tell me that nothing is wrong so I can get my one-day work note. I hope $120 is worth your one-star review.

I felt terrible Friday and went to Urgent Care Cure. I have nothing but high marks to give for the Care l received. From the front desk check in the girls were so caring and polite. Then the nurse l had wad amazing too. She was so kind and caring and hopeful. Then l seen Doctor Evans he was amazing he is very knowledgeable in his medical field. He is great at listening to his patient. With a great personality that makes you feel comfortable. I felt absolutely terrible and Doctor Evans has me feeling much better. I couldn't believe that the office called the next morning to check on me and see how l was feeling and to call if l need anything. Thank you very much to everyone that took care of me you all were a blessing.
