I visited Aspen Dental for the first time for a second opinion. When I mentioned to people that I would be going to Aspen they all said that they thought they were overpriced and not that great of a dental office so I did not have high expectations. I was so happy it was the complete opposite experience for me. I was seen by Dr. Laura , Shaina and Maribel and they were all took great care of me I have no complaints at all. They where so friendly and I loved how well everything was explained to me never did anyone try to over sell me anything at any time. I am pleased to say I will definitely be returning to complete my treatment with them.

Dr. Laura, Sonia and team gave exceptional service when my husband came in for his initial consultation. The entire practice is very thorough and informative when it comes to patient care. Not to mention the staff is very friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic which creates a great atmosphere. Thank you again. We look forward to more visits over the years.

I’m not sure how much I like Aspen Dental itself but the staff that work here in DeLand are amazing. The kind woman at the front is personable and nice, love chatting with her. The techs were nice and caring and gave great info about retainer care. I’ve gone to the same dental hygienist my whole life until now and wow. She is just so friendly and caring, I felt very well cared for.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed and the surgeon was just amazing. I was cold and she got me a blanket and a heater. The other man in there was trying for the IV, didn’t go too well but wow he was so nice about it. They knew I was nervous but they were so kind and helped me out so much.

Thanks y’all! You are so kind and sweet. Thanks for making me feel comfortable during a stressful time.

I have to start by saying the entire staff was amazing. Margie office manager was very informative and nice. Shaima did my deep cleaning. 😁😁 Very gentle touch told me everything she was doing made my experience very comfortable. I will definitely be letting her clean my teeth again 👍🏿👍🏿🙏🏿. Then I had a tooth extraction done by Dr Lora and Alex who work very well together. I've had bad experiences from other dentists in the past. I've found a new dental family. Thank you guys.

Update: after leaving original review, I was contacted by an Aspen Dental Manager out of Daytona. I had not realized it at the time, as I didn't see i had a voice mail and I contacted Aspen DeLand same day to follow up again. (My apologies for not getting the voicemail prior to me calling) I had contacted Aspen Dental and spoke With Brianna, She was very helpful in looking into the problem and letting me know they are working on it and will be in contact as well as what they are doing to correct it. As well as follow up with me to keep me in the know. I am very happy with the customer service from Brianna over the the phone and the willingness to correct the delay.. I will continue to update review through out the process and aftercare once completed.

Went for a check up and teeth cleaning, the initial visit, exam, and consult was great. However, I was informed I would need medical clearance before having my teeth cleaned as it is a deep clean and I am on blood thinners. That was to be expected and no surprise to me. I provided the number for my Dr and was told they would call/fax and then reach back out to schedule an appointment. After not hearing anything back 6days after the visit, I called Aspen to ask if they received it, to which they informed me e they have not. I called my Drs office and they told me they didn't receive a fax. I then called back Aspen to provide the fax number and it has been another week and still have not heard back from them. I was at my Drs office Friday and was informed they still have not received the fax. I wasn't able to get it signed because I was only there for lab work not scheduled to see the Dr.. otherwise I would have asked (I tried) in all my past experiences with dentists and Dr offices. Aspen is the first to drop the ball on following through to meet the patients needs/requirement for medical clearance. I'm still waiting for them to contact me... Idk if I'll continue to use them going forward.. at the moment I'm not able to go to a different dental office. Very disappointed.

I normally have dental fear. This office is the best dental office I've been to. They took great care of me and made me feel very secure and even offered darker glasses to wear, as I have problems with bright lights as well. Excellent care

I went to this office to get pain relief from my swollen jaw area, where I have an infected tooth. 2 1/2 hours later I’m sitting at a desk with a A plan in front of me for $17,000 and I don’t have money like that to throw around. So since they were more concerned about getting me to set that all up today instead of taking care of what the problem was at hand so I got a referral to an oral surgeon and I will go there and I will go to a different dental office/company don’t get me wrong. The staff was very nice. I’ll give them that.
