The most pleasant experience ever had at a podiatrist! The front office staff was very kind, personable and efficient. Dr. Ramdath's assistant went above and beyond to put me at ease during my visit. Dr. Ramdath himself was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my questions. Not to mention, this man was very quick and efficient! In and out in thirty minutes! Well worth the drive to see him when needed!

Office staff did not return messages. When I called again they asked about insurance. He does not take traditional Medicare & supplement insurance.

Dr. Ramadath was great I had all my questions answered. The front desk staff and whoever was the medical assistant needs to be re-educated or removed. The medical assistant responsible for giving me the pictures of the boot and sole insert I needed. She should be informed that she gave me the wrong one. I called and had to argue to get the office staff to send me the correct photo of what I was supposed to wear. This resulted in only the boot being sent and not the insert even though I repeated myself 3 times indicating that there was also an insert. I got an email confirmation for my next appointment on the 27th when in the office I got a card for the 23rd. That was the final straw and I called and spoke about my concerns in a purely professional manner. The other receptionist told me I was being rude for just telling the truth. I’ve worked in he exact same job and I’ve never done anything like this. At 21 years of age I’ve seen Waffle House employees with better customer service.

Just began coming fo this office. Really like Dr Ramdath. Very personable ahd pleasant personality. The older Receptionist was pleasant but the other one could use a bit more pleasant.

So you call, the receptionist immediately throws you on hold only never to come back and then eventually hangs up on you. WOW, what a great introduction as a potentially new patient! Called back to give a 2nd chance and the same issue, place you on hold until…… CHECK YOUR STAFF! Your staff will help our stifle you business growth without your knowing, dependent on their temperament. This is not okay! Moving on!

Dr Ramdath is one of the most genuine providers. He went over care plan in great detail and educated me on treatment so i was comfortable. Dolly is the best and I highly recommend stopping in for any of your foot and ankle needs.
