I arrived to Kinetix after months of trying to “fix” my elbow weakness on my own. I was in pain daily. I knew my strength had diminished and was not getting any better. After an initial evaluation, I was given strengthening exercises. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Not only did they help me with my strengthening goals, they made it fun. From fun conversations and questions of the day, this group made my experience one of a kind. I’ve never needed PT and if I need it again, this is where I will come. Thank you for all you do to help your patients.

I just completed my last session at Kinetix at Arbor Greens in Jonesville. I really appreciate the help from everyone who worked with me on my second total knee replacement therapy. I also had the same therapy on my other knee five months prior too this one with the same great results. I couldn’t be happier with the results of both knees.
Every one in that facility was friendly and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking rehabilitation after these and other types of surgery.

I was recently referred to Kinetix for a neck injury which was extremely painful. Having been to other physical therapy programs where you see a different physical therapist each time, at Kinetix I was fortunate enough to be able to see only one, Kyrsten Geibeig. Besides the fact that she was a wonderful PT, I think it really helped to have just one physical therapist monitoring my progress. She knew when to push me and when to have me do less. With assistance, too, from Isabella, Bryant, and Jacob, I felt like I was visiting family every time I had an appointment. I appreciate all the kindness and concern and the fact that I now have exercises to help me continue my progress and help me get stronger.

I was careless and tripped; I fell and broke my right kneecap 13 weeks ago. My ER X-ray MD referred me to Kinetix. Lucky me, I had health insurance. (Note to everyone, health insurance is the best policy; eventually you will need it. Invest in it now.) At any rate, I was scheduled for two times a week for seven weeks. I am now ready to use my shovel in the garden. Many thanks to all the staff especially the those who helped me the most, Kyrsten, Isabella, Jacob, and Reuben. Working with the physical therapists at Arbor Greens Kinetix was a positive experience for me. Although at times I thought I'd never see progress, i soon realized it was a steady and methodical process and eventually, with their expertise and moral support, I am now feeling so much better. I am grateful for their guidance and the wonderful exercise routine they gave me which I will continue to do to maintain stability. I recommend Kinetix and thank them.

Just wanted to share my experience. Back in October 2024, I decided to give Kinetix’s a try for physical therapy. I was kinda hesitant at first because I didn’t think that it would help me. But the first day I went there, they were very helpful and concerned about my situation. I was evaluated by Jake and Carter. They figured out a plan to help me with the control of my sciatica pain. At first it was a struggle and I was in a lot pain. But as time went on and having the commitment and support Carter and rest of the staff motivating me to continue my exercises. That little by little I would eventually get back to a normal life with little to no pain.
I appreciate everything that they have done to help me get past this situation.

My foot surgeon referred me to Kinetix for therapy after I broke my foot. I am so impressed and pleased with the services offered at Kinetix. The staff is caring, friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable, and inspiring. I have been a patient at both Kinetix locations, and they are far superior to any physical therapy I’ve had in the past. Dr. Jake and Dr. Jed and their teams are absolutely excellent. They’ve all helped me so much. I’ve been in therapy three different times; for my shoulders (rotator cuffs), my back (degenerative disc disease), and my knees (osteoarthritis and meniscus tears). It has been a long road over the past 2 years but I’m finally able to walk and move around again, resuming my usual activities. I would recommend Kinetix to anyone who needs physical therapy. They’re just the best!
