Great customer service for years now. I came in last week to pick up my machine vice having it delivered. Mrs. Brittany made the arrangements smooth and easy. The day of pick up came and I arrived to the facility and I was greeted and was told to have a seat in a room where my machine was already laid out for demonstration and packing.
Signed my papers and was off the gentleman that did my demonstration, I was told later that he was the owner!
He was 😎 cooler than a fan!

Today, I came to pick up some more supplies and the team today was just as on point from last week. You guys and gals rock!! Thank for all you do for your local military, veterans and everyone else who needs your services!!

Just completing my first year with a CPAP, I've changed my mask design 3 times trying to find the right fit. I've called several times for advice and assistance with my resupply order. These folks are awesome. They're very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment. When I called a real person picked up the phone, no phone mazes or press 2 for.... They take as much time as needed to make sure I get what I need. So far I'm really impressed. I hope the VA stays with these guys. Thank you!

FANTASTIC Customer service! I called late in the afternoon to change my mask and hose after switching to a new machine. Their staff happily answered all of my questions and filled the order for the new mask. The very next day it was delivered! Had to make another call for a different item and the next person I spoke with was just as friendly and helpful as the first. I've been a customer with them for 12 years. In those twelve years I've never had any issues whatsoever. Masks, hoses, filters, and such all arrive regularly on schedule. Any changes or updates are handled quickly and professionally. THIS is the place to get your CPAP supplies!

They do not work well with Tricare and will then harass you about paying over $1k for a piece of equipment you can get on Amazon for $300. This is a total medical scam at the expense of veterans in order to make money. Still have no idea how they got my information and sent me equipment and they will call you again and again never leaving you alone. Do not get caught in this trap!!
