Our mature pup needed oxygen after being diagnosed over the weekend with a severe breathing issue. After calling around, I was unable to find a medical supply store that had an affordable oxygen concentrator at such short notice. After calling around, I finally found SE Medequip, and they happened to have an oxygen unit within our budget available same day!! I got the unit and some extra oxygen, and Brit showed me how to set everything up. Thank you so much, our pup is doing well at home now thanks to you! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Huge thank you to Brit and James, they're the best! I highly recommend Southeaster Medequip to anything in Jax needing medical supplies!!

I called all over town looking for compression socks and was told either we don't deal with them or you'll have to make an appointment (a week from now). Then I remembered there's a medical supply store right at the beach. So I Google medical supplies at the beach and MEDQUIP popped up. I called and Brit answered, I inquired and she answered yes we have them (like what medical supply store doesn't). I asked if I could get them today and Brit said come on in. Side note a compression socks fitting involves measuring you calf and ankle. I arrived and boom had my socks. She even told me that she could order different colors in. Since I'm such a handsome guy she even gave me a bulk buy discount of 10%. For medical supply this is the place to shop and Brit is the lady to help!

The staff are very helpful and patient. Even though they did not have a walker that met my requirements, she suggested that I order from an online provider. They offered and did assist me to file with my medical insurance.
I will gladly recommend Medequip for all medical equipment and products.

I lost my receipt for an item that didn't work for my dad and was amazed when the owner found the record of my purchase in her files and refunded my money. Very impressed and grateful!

I did not buy my scooter there but they have serviced mine
2- 3 times. They are so nice and helpful. I have also rented a scooter from them. They are family owned and operated and it's the personal touch that's so important to me.
Let's put it this way they are like the"publx" of medical equipment! Lol Most people will understand what I'm saying. Brit is so nice and seems to really care.
