I came to this facility so sick with the flu..
the front desk was nice and so was the assistant helping the NP. All they did for me was put a swab up my nose and told me that I had the flu.Genevieve Beharie,NP walked into the room very abruptly with zero compassion and spoke so fast telling me there’s nothing you can do. There’s nothing you could do. You have to just go through it. Here’s some coughing pills. While I was literally sitting there hysterically crying in pain. I paid $189 to have a cotton swab put up my nose. Basically, I had to go to Holy Cross Emergency the next day Where they gave me a breathing treatment and medication and chest x-ray and EKG. I feel 1 million times better after Leaving Holy Cross. I feel that the nurse practitioner was extremely rude .She seemed to be in a rush and did not listen to my needs. I also found her general appearance and hygiene, not very good. you can generally tell she is not happy with what she does. The difference in treatment at holy Cross and the smiles on those people’s faces while they were helping you. Is night and day

I use this location often and they are usually wonderful. Today not so much. Completely understaffed. The receptionist took forever to process my check-in after I had to complete the info myself on the phone. I’ve been here over 1:25 in the waiting room and haven’t even been brought back. There is only one provider working in the back and only 1 receptionist. Today it should be renamed MDLater.

From the time I walked in until I the time I walked out, I felt heard and treated with great care. Up front, Kerine was fabulous, as I had accidentally registered for the wrong MD Now location. Then, there was my amazing Nurse Julissa. The best! Kind and sweet, very capable, and the gentle touch I needed while being this sick. Last, the doctor who came in was also very thorough and explained everything. Job well done by all!! Many thanks

Very easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was awesome. The Dr and nurse was lovely and took care of me very quickly. I will definitely return.

I went to Urgent Care because I wasn't feeling right, thought maybe a stroke or my heart.The staff was very helpful and informative. They ran some tests and ruled out several things but suggested that I go to emergency room for some additional tests. I would recommend them highly. Thanks to the staff. Cindy Ellison

I held my place in line using MD Now website as well as completed their check-in form on line. Very simple, easy to do and saved so much time. I did not have a long wait and the office sent texts to me frequently letting me know time to show up. Doctor serving that day listened very carefully, asked additional questions and I left feeling I had been cared for. Staff very friendly wasted no time.

The service is always excellent. BUT this time we saw a Physician Assistant instead of a doctor. Although she apparently was knowledgeable I recommend more care and sensibility when approaching a patient with a new diagnosis. I brought my mother for a new high glucose level and my mother never had a diabetes diagnose and we gave this information at the beginning of the assessment. The Physician Assistant simply told my mother that her symptoms were caused by diabetes very straight. This is really an impact for everyone, more in this case that my mother is a vulnerable person. Medicine is not only science and technique, do not forget you are treating with HUMAN BEINGS, with feelings and psychological needs.

Very clean location and excellent staff. I was greeted by Larry who has the patience of a saint and is very kind. I first saw Sabrina and then Nicole who were both very nice and thorough through my exam. Highly suggest you sign in online before going there. It makes the process faster and easier for everyone.
