I’ve been battling mental health issues for 25 years. Nobody has been able to help me like Natalie. I couldn’t begin to tell you how many providers I’ve worked with over the years. If I had been working with Natalie 25 years ago, I am certain my life experience would’ve been different. Until Natalie, I never had someone who actively took an interest in trying to understand exactly what I was experiencing. Natalie has been patient and she has sought to understand how I have reacted to changes that she made in my medication regimen. She is persistent in helping me find answers. I sincerely feel like she has partnered with me to help me have a better life experience. Natalie is the standard.

Love my Dr but the administratively, aggressive. You don’t need to call me 24 hours before appointment when I have already confirmed said appointment and you DEFINITELY don’t need to call me 20 mins before said confirmed appointment. But today as I checked in I was blessed to overhear the 3 staff members behind the glass in a semi argument over how/when to make calls to patients. It gave off the feeling of a well organized “pill mill”. One patient they were discussing cancelled an appointment and left a desire to not be contacted to reschedule and that they would reach out themselves. One staffer understood that but the another one said no. You still need to call them. Makes me wonder if maybe there’s a commission paid component for the staff. Hmmmm?

Jose Henriquez M.D. is very attentive, and compassionate. He knows listening you patiently and he clarifies all questions at any time no matter how simple they are. He is 10/10.
In addition, the staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff were also welcoming and friendly. Everyone introduced themselves and explained exactly what was happening.
My appointment started right on time with Dr. Bobes , who is thorough and empathetic. He not discussed the reasons I was actually there, but also my other medical conditions which I appreciated and ordered medications accordingly. I would strongly recommend. This is a full service facility with psychiatrists and psychologists who work together and can assist you with all of the therapies that you may need. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier!

Dr. Andrea Goulbourne-Smith is absolutely one of the most: caring, loving, warm hearted, hands-on, attentive and most remarkable human beings I've EVER MET!!!

Choosing her was a pure blessing 🙌🏼 from God for my family and I and I'd recommend her 100,000,000 times over.

She's a pure God send and we do not take her for granted, at all!

It was my first time with Dr. Alex Stevens, and I was anxious at first whether I was making sense with expressing myself. It is a lot to unpack on someone I just met, but he made me feel like it was not my first session. He asked the right questions, he listened without judgement, he chose his words appropriately and I felt the sense of calm, compassion and care and understanding for the first time in years. I’m looking forward for my next session because there are so much more that I feel I need to let go of. I think I made the right choice of where and who I want to treat my mental health.

The worst office and doctors I’ve encountered in my whole career as a Case manager. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
Dr. Helseth was zero accommodating, understanding and knowledgeable about a Guardianship and power of attorney.
We gave them a second chance and still didn’t meet any expectations nor did my client received any treatment.
Work for the courts and will definitely not bring many of my clients to this office.
