I had a terrible experience getting my blood drawn recently. I have been getting my blood draws here for three years and have never had problems until this past visit. I had the rudest phlebotomist who told me my standing blood work order was expired despite there being an expiration date in 2025. She repeatedly told me nothing could be done and she couldn’t help, not even tell me how to fix this. I have never felt so disrespected by a healthcare professional in my life. Was able to get her manager involved who drew my blood but it was very clear that the first phlebotomist was being lazy and didn’t feel like working.

My husband and I came for an appointment & found that the paperwork I needed was not submitted from the doctor's office. As busy as this place aways is; the receptionist named Yami, went above and beyond with patience and a smile on her face as she contacted the doctor's office to obtain the paperwork. Hard to find great caring people who must deal with the public everyday. YAMI, gets 5 STARS.

I had an appointment at 6:15 in the morning, at 6:45 they still had not unlocked the doors. I was not able to make my appointment and gave up at this time so I could get to my job and not have to use my PTO!! This is not the 1st time this has happened, you could see the Registration people walking around, I tried calling and no one answered. There were 5 of us standing around to get in for appointments or work, security went by 2 times and didn’t even bother to check on us!! This is the worst place in the world to schedule!! Why make an appointment for people if you are not going to open your doors

Fabulous health building, full of different services: lab for bloodwork, x rays, echocardiograms, mammograms, doctor offices, really excellent outpatient surgery center. Convenient location. Always plenty of parking. Friendly receptionist at the main entrance will make sure you know where to go.

Can't get appt for a few doctors!! They are all leaving, WHY!! CALLING 6 MTHS AHEAD AND STILL CANT GET APPTS, should not be this hard just to get appt!! Still trying, if this continues might have to go elsewhere.....

Everyone in the sanctuary outpatient facility was friendly, courteous, and helpful. It didn't take long at all to get in, get my scan done, and leave. My results were in the patient my chart portal before the day was over.

Ibe lived here all my life Lee Health is best health care giver ive ever had. Their care of all the staff from receptionist to nurses Doctors are the best anywhere. Nurse Bria, My Doctor Taylor McCarty family doctor are thee best I highly recommend Dr. McCarty as a DO he is much more holistic in approach to medical treatment and has caught and treated other MDs have missed recently I was treated for hepatitis c that an MD missed referring me to Adult Infectious Desies Doctor Mynt Kno whos staff and Doctor Know got me cured and stayed by my side through whole procedure as opposed to the MD that discovered in 2017 i needed to be treated but ignored the results of the fasting blood work.I can now donate my o- and be a organ donar.
