The doctors are great but office staff is terrible. Nobody ever gets back to you on anything and they’re extremely rude. I had a medication I can’t be off of and when I realized I had no refills called the on-call physician who refilled it right away. He put a note in the system for the office to call me to make an appointment to get seen and do labs, nobody ever called me back and I was too busy so I forgot. Ran out of the meds again and when I addressed the issue with the front desk after I finally got a hold of them, the receptionist didn’t care that I can’t be off the meds and said I have wait to be seen before they can refill. Really wish I could keep going here to see Dr. Sanders but I don’t have time to deal with the office’s disorganization.

I'm a patient of Dr. Abigail Ely and I must say she is the best doctor I have ever had. She validates any of my concerns and takes my complaints seriously. I feel comfortable talking to her about whatever is going on and never feel like she's judging me or minimizing my symptoms. I would definitely reccomend her!

My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I set my appointment for my only day off. When I got there at my appointment time, I was told to not even bother signing in because I was not there 30 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork. She told me the nurse wasn't even going to see me because of that. The way that the woman at the front desk said it was very unprofessional!! Her and the other woman told me I would have to reschedule. I set my appointment for that specific time and date for a reason because it was the only time I could make it.

Primary care has been my physician, Dr Elizabeth sanders, for more than 20 years. The staff is kind and considerate of your needs. Dr Sanders listens to your needs and helps you not only with medication, but with the mental part of having a disease. She figured out 2 medicines I was allergic to with my blood pressure medicine. That means she had to research my problem on her own time. She is professional and really listens to you. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

Front desk and lab ran their is very unprofessional. They do not get back with you with important results. They do not call you back even after leaving messages. They are not good at all. The FNP is really good at what she does- that is my only positive there.

Big recommend as PCP site with one caveat: this is run by one doctor, Dr. Elizabeth Sanders, and led by one nurse, ARNP and DNP, Abigail Eley. A lot of people may balk at "Dr. Sanders is not accepting new patients," but as a child of a nurse, I know nurses are where it is at, especially someone with a DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice). (They recently added a pediatrician.) In short, a small women-owned practice that is run a bit differently than others. Never had more than one to two people in waiting room and whatever problems people note, I have not run into in 5+ years. I will add that I go to PCP only about 2-3x year, for annuals, labs, as well as occasional illness, medication adjustments, so maybe if you have a lot of medical issues, the experience would be different. I love being nowhere near Shands and easy parking, easy in and out, quiet office, excellent Covid-19 protocols, too. Would recommend, esp. if you are comfortable with an experienced DNP as your point of contact.

Dr. Abigail Eley and Dr. Sanders are incredible!
Dr.Abigail is very patient and you can just tell she loves her job and is knowledgeable !
Same with Dr. Sanders !! And the front desk staff are always so sweet and attentive during my check ins :)!
