I brought my daughter for a dental consultation to this place since it is for children, and no parents are allowed to enter with their children even though they are too small, I expressed my concern, as well as other parents who were in the room with me since we as parents must know what the procedure is and the treatment they are giving there inside but they told me that due to COVID issues, the privacy of the other patients and because the room x-ray was for a single person, in this case the child, which is logical, however, in these cases in all places there is always a place outside the room to wait, they could even be unknown and traumatic procedures for them. Additionally, since all the patients are children, I think that each child should be accompanied by an adult for reasons not only of privacy but also of the safety of all those involved, as in all places associated with health.

The appointment was for 2 pm, I arrived 30 minutes early in case I filled out a form, and it took them 54 minutes to attend to her.

Terrible treatment. It took me 40 minutes to get here. The child cannot speak English at the age of 3. The nurse said that the child did not cooperate with the examination and they could not fill the teeth. The doctor said that language problems can not communicate. Then refuse treatment. For children's dental visits, nurses and doctors should be patient and allow children to adapt and cooperate Instead of just giving reasons. Simply unprofessional and uneducated.
