I recently had an emergency procedure where Nurse Practitioner Jeanine Jean Francois had to remove the toenail from my big toe following an accident. I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was under her care.
NP Jean Francois demonstrated remarkable skill throughout this challenging procedure. Despite the severity of my injury, which was evidently quite demanding (she was actually sweating from the intensity of the work), she remained completely focused and professional throughout.

What truly set her apart was her bedside manner. She was incredibly comforting during what was a painful and anxious time for me. Her patience was extraordinary - never rushing despite the difficult nature of the procedure. She thoroughly explained each step and made sure I understood what was happening.
Her kindness and compassion made a potentially traumatic experience much more bearable. She took the time to ensure I was as comfortable as possible while still providing the thorough medical care I needed.
I am deeply grateful for NP Jean Francois's expertise, dedication, and genuine concern for my wellbeing. I absolutely love her approach to patient care and would highly recommend her to anyone. Medical professionals like her who combine technical skill with such genuine compassion are truly rare and valuable.

This was my first time visiting an urgent care, and I genuinely had a wonderful experience thanks to the incredible team there. From the moment I walked in, Sierra greeted me with warmth and kindness, making me feel welcome and at ease. She was so helpful, guiding me through everything I needed, and her patience made me feel reassured, even when I worried I was asking too many questions.

Then there was Chrissy, who is an outstanding physician assistant. Her compassionate attitude and professionalism truly made all the difference. I felt cared for and understood in her presence, which eased my anxiety during my visit.

I can't recommend Xpress Urgent Care enough. For someone who's new to this type of care, I honestly can’t see myself going anywhere else after such a positive experience. Thank you, ladies, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a truly supportive and uplifting one.

I normally go to MD now, but I decided to give this place a chance. I feel that they were not really thorough and just wanted to get me out of there. The physician assistant was not welcoming and when a person is not feeling well, you should feel welcomed. The medical assistant was nice. I would go to MD now if you want a more thorough examination.
Update I went to the ENT who confirmed I did not have a ruptured ear drum and did not need antibiotics so basically this visit was a WASTE of my time and MONEY. The PA was Lakeisha

I came here to do a drug test and I didn’t even need an appointment, my wait time was less than 5 minutes. The staff is really resonant sweet, the office was nice and quiet. Definitely will come back if needed.
