This place is okay. I had 2 coolsculpting sessions for my double chin, and I did NOT get any results although this office would argue otherwise. I think the procedure does NOT work for everyone. My build is volumptous, so it really depends on the person. I filed a dispute with my bank because I did not receive the results I wanted, and they said because I still received service I have to pay, but I was not happy with the service. The billing specialist, Yelly was very ride and disrespectful about this. I will take my time and money somewhere else. I think it's best to go to an office that will stick with you until YOU GET THE RESULTS you want instead of just wanting your money and not caring about giving you results. Thanks!

More offices can take lessons from this office. From the time you walk in the door till you walk out, your number 1. Everyone is very helpful and answers all questions. Crystal Dr. Baileys ARNP is very informative and takes all the time you need. You can't go wrong with her. As far as Dr. Bailey, I would put him up against anyone for his compassion and knowledge for his patients. He takes his time and answers all question. The nurses are top in getting what you need. If you need surgery, they explain everything to you. I would recommend this office to anyone who needed GYN care, hormone therapy, anything to do with the pelvic floor or a Urogynecologist.

Honestly, My first time here was not bad but little by little I started seeing how disorganized, unprepared, and unqualified this office is. I came in one day stating my symptoms, they did not even check me and just did a quick urine test and said I was clean. I got worse so I went to urgent care the next and I had a UTI amongst other things that this gyno should have informed me of and examined on. When I called them complaining that they did not do a good job, they said that I was a "walk-in" and they usually don't do that so they did me a favor by seeing me. That is no excuse to not take me seriously as a patient especially that I did not make an appointment because I did not remember the place and only remembered where it was located. The doctor just tries to get you on birth control and just run many exams without probable cause. My best friend went to this gyno too since we both go to UF and they lost her medical records. Also, I had irritation in my private area, they did not even bother to check me down there and just wanted to give me antibiotics. This place is absolutely horrible and a few front desk workers were beyond rude!! I have worked in that position and it is their job to create a warm environment so that people want to keep coming back. I stopped going here the same day, a front desk lady treated me with disrespect. Do yourself a favor and find actual professionals who care about their patients and want the best for you because these people surely don't.
