I've been a patient of Dr. Farooques consistently for almost 4 years now and he's been wonderful. If I've needed to squeeze in for a last minute appointment he has never turned me away. I have Tricare and I have never had any insurance problems. He has helped me through some of the most challenging periods in my life and I will forever be grateful for that and will stay with this practice for as long as I can. It's very hard to find a good psychiatrist so if you're looking for one, I would say definitely try Dr. Farooque out and you'll be on the path to feeling better! 😊

Dr. Farooque is an amazing and extremely insightful. He treated my like a person not a number. It was my first visit with him. I have already been thru 2 psychiatrists before him and he has made me feel the most comfortable. He listens and is eager to help and teach. I'm extremely grateful to have found him.

Dr. Farooque is an amazing doctor. He and his staff are great. He has helped me so much. Amazing staff, and the virtual appointments are really convenient. He’s helped me get my life on track. He is such a great guy. I highly recommend him.

AVOID THIS PLACE!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The front desk staff were nice but the doctors were not. This was my first time going to a psychiatric clinic and I deeply regret going to this one. The first doctor is spoke to for my consultation seemed uninterested and unempathetic. Then we talked to Dr. Mohammad. Whoever gave this man his degree needs to revoke it. There’s a comment that mentioned that he goes on patronizing monologues and it is absolutely true. The possibly diagnoses I had he completely invalidated due to my age and my weight. Elaborating on weight he basically said that since I’m heavier, if I lose weight that everything will get better. Very humiliating experience, I felt like I was talking to an ignorant parent. I pray that no one has to experience this. Don’t be like me and try giving this place a chance despite the somewhat poor reviews because they are in fact true.

The place is as shady in practice as it is in appearance. Doctor Mohammad Farooque is a man that loves to hear himself talk and I’m often unluckily stuck listening to his patronizing monologues. As for the staff, every time I visit this practice there are billing issues. They always try to take advantage of me by claiming that I owe unjustified amounts. This place is nothing but unprofessional and poorly ran. I’d advise that you think twice before entrusting them with your care.

Dr. Farooque and his team are absolutely brilliant! I found this office on google and made an appointment, which was very easy. The staff there is so friendly and accommodating. Sent me all the paperwork within minute to speed up my appointment. I didn’t wait long when I arrived. The Dr’s assistants were very helpful and they really care to listen to what’s going on. After I met with the Dr. he gave me the best options and was very honest. He is awesome and really cares about his patients. The whole process was done with the highest care and consideration. It was a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. I would recommend Craft Clinic to everyone. 🙂

Gets you in quickly and allows communication options outside of phone calls. Giving a negative review because their billing department somehow has different information than the clinic, so when the Billing says I owe $0 and my insurance was billed correctly the doc says I owe hundreds and that my insurance isn't working. Was told the billing department "says what you want to hear so you will hangup". I gave a payment last month due to insurance issues(bill was quoted at $450 at that time) , but now that has been fixed and my bill is somehow $600 even with that last payment? Doctor hung up on me when I expressed I cannot pay $150 again for a problem that is between his office and the billing department. I am owed a refund as well since my insurance has been fixed but will probably never see that since I am being given the run around. Great office if you are wanting to walk out the door with a prescription the same day though!

I really appreciate all the staff at Craft. Their patience and helpfulness really make this the whole package for me. Dr. Farooque is awesome at his job and is very knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in good hands. I'm coming up on 5 years as a patient and will continue my journey to wellness, so i can be living my best life . . . 🙂
