Granny Nannies of Gainesville was a blessing to our family. My family reached out to obtain a home-health aide for my father. We had never done this before and did not know where to start. During the initial call, Nikki was patient and compassionate. She took the time to explain what kind of care was available, what my options were for payment, and how Granny Nannies works to place a nurse who suits each family's needs. She never tried to "sell me," and instead focused on trying to help. After a few follow-up calls, we decided to move forward. The process was very smooth. Nikki walked us through the documents and answered all the questions we had. We were provided with all the information about our nurse, including a photograph before she arrived. My father was battling a host of illnesses, including dementia, so having a stranger care for him was concerning. However, the nurse assigned was a perfect fit and my dad actually enjoyed having her there! I think this is a testament to the time Nikki spent learning about my dad and his situation. When my dad became too ill to remain home, Nikki was available for a late-night call to discuss what would happen moving forward. The end of the care was just as smooth as the sign-up. There were no hidden fees, cancellation fees, or contractual obligations. Nikki and Granny Nannies were a blessing to our family. We would recommend them to anyone looking for help with elderly family members. They really CARE about the people they work with. Thank you, Nikki and Granny Nannies.

He set out my multiple prescriptions, checked on my (lack of) sleep, answered my questions, and searched when we needed more information on my meds. Dear Granny Nannies!
Last October my mother suddenly needed daily, all-day care. You came on board immediately with professionalism and caring. Your phone support as well as -- most importantly -- your employees' punctuality, personal care, and good communication with all family members were very helpful during a challenging two-week period. We rallied and were able to continue the personal care on our own from that point on, but we will call on you without any hesitation in the future. Also happy to say that 91-year-old Mom is back to her previous good physical and mental health today (Feb. 21, 2023).

We made an excellent choice when we decided to use Granny Nannies to find someone to help Mom once she was no longer able to get around easily. We had already moved her into our home, and my husband - who is retired - was able to get things for her. But once she had more difficulty getting up and walking, we knew we needed some extra help. Granny Nannies found us the perfect caregiver - Sharon - who not only was very competent, she and Mom really hit it off. She helped us care for Mom until Mom's passing in July 2017.
