So I have been going to this doctor office for a while never had a issue , I also referred my partner to come to this doctor as well last few times he has been coming they haven’t gave him good service and they also haven’t been taking his issues seriously now fast forward I call and ask to speak with the office manager never got a call back so I decided to call back and ask to speak to her which her name is yaesina (I may have spelled it wrong) but she also wasn’t concerned with what I was saying very combative in so many words tells me oh well all doctors are different and they will give different responses … blown away by that comment secondly she goes to say while you partner has a lot of no shows I said that’s false and not true if he is going to be late and miss the grace period I reschedule and then she goes to say and his insurance is inactive I said false again and thirdly your saying all this today what ? Because none of that has been brought to our attention she wasn’t helpful she was very dismissive and I didn’t like it if this is the person they have in charge of handling complaints from patients then I feel sorry for them I also will be filing a bbb complaint as I think this was racial discrimination because I have never been treated as such from a doctors office ever !!! Please replace the office manager with someone who actually cares !

Absolutely excellent, professional Doctor. Dr. Busch is very comforting and listens to all my needs and fully examines any issues I may have. I like her so much I have referred my friends to her. I greatly appreciate all her care and will definitely continue seeing her as long as she is covered through my insurance.

Dr. Busch is a very thorough doctor, just not very talkative. After reading another review felt I should comment. Very friendly and clean environment - in and out in a reasonable amount of time unlike others I've visited. The nurse in her office named Nghi (pronounced " knee ") is very friendly and personable.

I have gone to Dr. Busch for 15 yrs. love her and her Nurse. Always willing to see me when need an appointment. Spends time with you and listens to you. Never felt like She was rushing to get you out the door.
