🚫⭐️Just wish I'd never wasted all this time here, waiting. Unorganized. Adult providers seem to have no idea what they are doing.
Have a hard time seeing my provider, I came in yesterday to see another provider, mine wasn't available, they refused to refill my regular meds(the one they recently had messed up on- multiple times).
Honestly. It's hard enough to find a good Dr let alone one that is COMPETENT in a system that is competent... wow. Among so much more, they've messed my prescription orders up so many times. My husband and I have had to do their work, getting my "correct medicine" (in the corrected quantities), "correctly sent", to pharmacy, on multiple instances.
WHO'S RUNNING THE PLACE?!

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment only to be met with disappointing care. While the receptionists were very kind, that’s about all that was good. I had previously been to the ER for high blood pressure and chest pains, and they recommended this place for a PCP. The day of my appointment, the only person I saw was a nurse practitioner. All she did was look at the records from my ER visit, take my blood pressure, and prescribe me a strong dose of medication once a day. She didn’t ask any questions about my medical history, symptoms, or anything else. I didn’t even get to see a doctor.

I was supposed to get a call back for referrals but never did. I had to contact the ER to get an appointment with a cardiologist. When I explained the medication I was prescribed and the reaction I had, they were shocked. I later learned that the medication is typically taken at a lower dose multiple times a day, so I was having an adverse reaction due to the high dose. If I had taken it as prescribed for a month, it could have caused serious harm in the long run.

This place does not provide thorough or safe care. They prioritize quantity over quality of care, and if I didn’t know any better, I could’ve been seriously hurt. Avoid this place if you value your health. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

literally the worst PCP I have ever been to. most of the staff is rude as all heck. The nurses are the only saving grace. My doctor doesn't call me back with my results, the nurse uploaded them showing abnormal things and still can't get a call back. Called medical records to ask how to send my records elsewhere and was given attitude because I didn't already have the fax or email to send them to.

10/10 DO NOT recommend.

After I became paraplegic I got sent to this office for a PCP. Arguably the worst office I've ever been in, the first doctor I talked to admitted she knows nothing on paraplegics and tried to get me to do unnecessary tests. Next time I went there, it turns out she actually had graduated from college between those two appointments and so I got a different doctor. He was much nicer and far more educated it seemed. However, when he meant to increase a nerve pain medicine I was on, he actually tripled my blood pressure medicine!

Also, same doctor took around 4 months to sign a paper that was sent numerous times to fix my wheelchair. This doctors office made me go in person just to get a refill for a prescription started, and believe me when you're paraplegic and couldn't afford hand controls to drive, and you have to go 6mi just to start a refill, which I didn't even receive from the pharmacy there. They made it so I went over a week without medication. Currently my wheelchair has a part that helps it fold in half, so it fits inside vehicles, and that part broke. It's been over a month once again, I've called multiple times, nurses from other offices couldn't even reach them, and my wheelchair company has tried over 6 times. I've had physical and occupational therapists, as well as a doctor, tell me this place is notorious for being difficult.

We appreciate all you do for us. So nice to walk into a pharmacy and be recognized. Most of staff is always very polite and caring. Revised because I do see some are rather curt.

I would not recommend this doc office for primary care. First off its in a very sketchy area. Secondly, the staff at the front desk were not very nice or helpful. Same goes when I finally got in to see the doc. She was very dismissive like she just wanted me to stop asking my questions so she could get me out of there. Will avoid coming back here.

They absolutely sucks and I don’t care how many of your staff you make write a post on here so that my post drops to the bottom it is ridiculous. My appointment was at 9:00 I got there 8:55. I was checked in by a CNA my blood pressure was sky high which is what I was coming to be seen for. I sat in a room waiting to be seen 45 minutes & nobody came to check on me or anything. I am furious ! The whole company is trash !
