I had a Rt Inguinal Hernia repaired on 7 Jan 2025. The staff was Professional, Compassionate, and very well integrated. My Doctor was Dr Tomas from U First Health and Wellness and my Nurses were Miss Chris and Miss Henrietta and I think Miss Tracy for billing information. Wow! The entire process was well integrated from admission at 0600 to waking up after surgery at 0930. The process was well explained to every detail by the Doctor and The Nurses. They put a warm blanket over me on the Operating gurney to the Operating Room gave me a sedative and I woke up at 0930. The level of pain before the surgery was 4-7 of of ten depending whether my softball/hardball hernia was in or out. Immediately after surgery my pain level was 0.5 literally incredible. I am amazed at the low level of pain which for me was like a scratched mosquito bite and for the next 7 days I did not even need to take the Pain medicine other than an occasional Ibuprofen (1 -2 every other day) and some Arnica Montana natural plant pain relievers. The incision has literally returned to natural skin color after just 9 days and pain level is now 0.0. I am literally dumbfounded at the skill of Dr Tomas and The entire support staff at the Colonial Outpatient Surgery center. I only wish I had taken the opportunity to have the surgery sooner. Kudos to the entire staff of the Colonial Outpatient Surgery Center and I would also like to thank the Office administrator on the First floor below the Surgery Center for her kind words and support on the morning of the surgery waiting to go up the elevator to the second floor where the Colonial Outpatient surgery center is located. Everything about the entire process was a pleasure and is obviously run as a team with an outstanding team leader and operates like a well oiled machine. I can't remember the names of the other nurses who were also warm and wonderful but the sedative literally knocked me out almost before I even got to the operating room. I really can't say enough about the entire experience. Wow! I would definitely recommend this center for any surgical work you need!

The very professional staff at the Colonial Outpatient Surgery Center that Dr Jugan has a part of the best team of health care providers I have ever encountered in my many years of medical treatment. I just received my second implant at this facility. The very precise and coordinated activities lead to a process that you will not see in a typical hospital environment.
The information provided before during and after the procedure was very well explained and allowed me to feel very comfortable going into the surgery.
Bravo to all involved!!
The photo is actually only about 3 hours after my surgery to fully replace my left knee.I left the facility shortly afterwards

The entire staff was very welcoming. They made me forget I was there for a procedure. It felt like I was hanging out with friends. They were VERY KIND and PROFESSIONAL. The day after my procedure they called me to see how I was doing. They explained everything to me and told me that if I have any concerns or questions to not hesitate to call them.
The place was very clean.
I can only speak highly of the place and staff. Thank you again to all the staff .

My doctor Dr Langford was awesome ! She went to me to explain the procedure again and reminded me the recovery time. She is AWESOME VERY PROFESSIONAL , KIND and makes you feel like you have known her all your life. !
Thank you Dr Langford for giving me my quality of life back.!

This staff was so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable and calm. I was really surprised at how much bedside manner was given and they seem to really care. Dr Ameglio and his accompanying staff was wonderful. Dr K, Trish, Margaret, kenny and more, im sorry if I forgot others. I will recommend this center for sure ❤️💗🫶🏻 they even gave me a window room where I could watch the golfers strike out on the course…entertaining!

If you can avoid having your surgery here I would. I had an ACL reconstruction here and throughout the entire proccess I felt rather exposed. They are also very shady about billing and don't answer the phone but a recorded message states they will call you back in the same business day. Which does not happen.

Can't say enough great things about the nurses, anesthesiologists & surgical staff. I go every 6 months for Radio Frequency Ablation they treat me like an old friend. Best surgical center I've been to!
