Dr. Vivek Nerikar is an amazing dentist and the best dentist I’ve ever had. He really makes you feel comfortable. The dentist at any age can be a nerve wracking experience but not here. Highly suggest using them for all your dental needs.

The dentist is amazing. They treat us well once we're called back. Reception is pretty cold. Not one person said anything to us when we came in. They have tablets set up for check in, so I think that they just deal with us when it's time to pay or make appointments. But, it is nice to get a hello when you come into a place of business.

I needed an emergency visit and they were able to assist me and get me in within one day. My visit was short as it was determined I need to see an oral surgeon, but I was very pleased with my new dentist and his assistant and the receptionist was also very pleasant. It is very nice to feel cared about even though this was my first visit and it was under horrible circumstances. They were all very kind, compassionate and helpful. My dentist was able to determine the cause of the issue and I recieved a referral and was able to schedule an emergency visit with an oral surgeon first thing in the morning. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get help and be seen anywhere and Jonesville Family Dentistry were the only ones even willing to see me. I appreciate them immensely.

I went to Jonesville Family Dentistry for teeth cleaning today and it was a pleasure! They have electronic check in, and waiting time was very short. Nate was my hygienist who had 17 years experience and he did an excellent job! I felt my teeth so clean afterwards. The doctor was nice too, answered all my questions. First time at Jonesville Dentistry. Matt was my hygienist and he was super nice! Very friendly made me feel comfortable. I was sad to hear it was his last week. Once I go to an office appt (Dr/dentist) and I feel comfortable/welcomed by someone it’s nice to know.

I am a people person so the Only thing is I wish you are greeted when you entered and not checked in by a pad at the counter.

I had been with my previous dentist for 20 years. Loved them but I moved. I visited Jonesville Dentistry today and loved them. Very clean modern office. Electronic check in. The staff was very friendly. Hygienist did a great job. Insurance rep was very helpful getting me on board and giving advice about my policy. The dentist himself was very friendly and I enjoyed working with him. The only negative is that they sent a text to me before my visit indicating that I would be charged a $50 fee if I missed the appointment. I don’t think that’s very customer centric. However, I did like this practice and would recommend them to anyone seeking dental services. I would have given 5 stars except for the text.
