Trusting these people with your children or your mother is insanity. It’s all about the money and they will lie to you to get it. If you Got your insurance from the marketplace doesn’t matter I have United healthcare, YOU CAN NO LONGER GO THERE AND THEY’VE CANCELED YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND YOU.

Terrible experience will not recommend this place to anyone price gaujing I came in for a ficical after paying $300 I whent to see the doctor all she did was look at my ears check my temperature that's all I was like this don't seem like a ficical but ok after that she said we need to do the blood work I said ok they charge me a extra $320 for that I said ok they said you need to come back for the results ok I came in today for my results they whanted to charge me another $200 just to tell me my results this is crazy what they are doing to people if I already paid for the blood work and ficical they shuld release my results they told me no the doctor won't tell you the results with out paying the fee this is ridiculous this is my first time righting a complaint to anyone but I feel I need to let the people know about this place it's whrong and seems like a fraud case what they're are doing I will be contacting the state attorneys office about this matter and also making a better business beurou complaint this is not right and needs to be addressed its not right what they are doing.

Constant rescheduling and unreliable appointments with last minute cancellations. Months and months just to get a physical for the little one. I do not recommend

Front Desk: They play the TV at top volume, the staff has an attitude AND they call patients quietly in this loud waiting room. They will charge you an $80 co-pay for anything (the entire sum BEFORE you see the doctor) -- including a completely preventative care visit on insurance that is no co-pay on preventative care. Take care as this seems like bad procedure at best, and fraud at worst.

Doctor: Might be related to the dumb front staff, but their time management is terrible. She was clearly very far behind and entered my patient notes completely wrong. Also kinda rude.

Find someplace better. Trust me.

Been waiting almost 2 hours for an appointment. This is completely unprofessional and sad what healthcare has came to.

This place is a joke. Go ahead and set aside 24 to 48 hours of call time so that you can schedule an appointment. Let’s start with the fact that they have one call-center maintaining every locations phone calls. I’m not quite sure how this is proactive but it takes me about two days to get someone on the phone and get an appointment scheduled no matter what location I call because all the calls forward to the same number. If I were you I would use a different family medicine provider and not waste your time waiting for hours for someone to answer the phone. If you schedule for them to call you back, good luck. I’m still waiting on that phone call.
