If you over 16 weeks pregnant don’t bother coming. I was given the run around for 2 weeks prior then told that the doctor would call me but she never did. This was intentional so I wouldn’t be seen by the Obgyn since I would’ve been further in my pregnancy pass the deadline. I would’ve respected the Doc had she said she couldn’t take me instead of not calling at all. They very picky with who they accept. If you planning to do walk-ins set an appointment even if they tell you to do a walk in. Years ago the clinic was organized and professional now everyone lazy, unprofessional and picky with who they want to take.

This is one of the worst places to go for any appointment. They’re very unorganized, have long wait times just to get in touch with someone on the phone , and it seems as if no one knows what they’re doing. I came for an ultrasound so they sent me to the OBGYN and waited over 20 minutes , just for the OBGYN to tell me i’m in the wrong area. I went to the family medicine where the OBGYN sent me just for the family medicine area to say “we don’t have ultrasound equipment, try the OBGYN”. As I went back to the OBGYN they said “oh can you come back after our lunch break or reschedule?”. They were very unorganized and rude. Never coming back to this place again, it was a waste of time.

Omggg they never answer the phone I been trying to contact them for a whole week to see if my glasses are done and they always transfer me to the optometrist office but then I have to end up leaving a message cause they supposedly busy

Trying to get in contact with them is difficult feels like they just stand by and watch the phone ring. And there's no point in trying irone things out because they'll just hang up in your face. My old doctor gave me his personal number to get around the system but sadly he left. My new doctor is like a brick just doesn't listen

Phone system is the worst.Front Desk at Wilson mann center was very helpful she made sure I was seen and in a Timely manner. She also called to verify my follow up appointment. The staff at the Wilson Mann location was amazing. But the phone service needs to be updated. Thank goodness for Ms Elise she is very good at what she does.

Went there thinking there was a Walgreens inside. It's just a Walgreens pharmacy. Bad potholes at the entrance. I went hoping to buy some gauze and paper tape but left empty handed with no recommendation of where to go.

The worst call system ever. I was instructed to follow-up with my doctor and for the last 5 days I have been getting the message the office is closed. Then I am rerouted to a remote worker who says they can only leave a message. If it was not for the amazing Dr. Mr. Grant is I would not even step foot in this facility. The nurse don't follow-up as instructed from the doctor. I just received what I believe is a referral in the mail. Unfortunately, whom ever process the referral does not know how to mail letters out. The tape was attached to the referral and it must have gotten wet and they still sent it out. So I can not make out whats on the ppwrk. This is one of the reasons I keep calling the office, addtion to that my Dr. told me to change and appointment date and call with the new date so my Dr. know when to reschedule his follow-up appointment. I spoke to the nurse when I was given the instructions, downloaded the app but I need a patient number and that is the thrid reason for calling. I was told I could communicate through the app, but i need the required number.
