Everyone is very kind there. I've had scans at other places that make you feel like cattle. Not here. It's friendly and accommodating. Emily was amazing! She has a passion for her job. It's so nice to see someone love what they do. Plus I love her accent!

I have been to simed before for an MRI, that experience was great. But I have been referred back and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone to schedule. Iv left multiple voicemails and no one has called me back it's been almost two weeks and I really need to get in, I'm in a lot of pain and my doctor has marked this urgent. Yet no one has called me and won't return my phone calls to get me on the schedule. Just disappointing.

Not only did this facility (I call it that because they DON'T care for people and their health) keep blaming my Primary for not processing referral paperwork property but WORST was the fact not only did they repeatedly reschedule my appointment but after over a month in pain and my having to follow up on them constantly by phone... they then tell me after 6 weeks of my being in pain, giving me a run around and their incompetence... that they don't accept my insurance! INSURANCE IS SUPPOSED TO BE VERIFIED BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT IS EVEN SET!!! I then find out they have done the same to other family members. HORRIBLE facility, ask your doctor to send you elsewhere!!

I’ve been trying to reschedule an MRI for a week. The imaging department will not answer the phone and their answering machine is full. The lab has taken messages over to them to call me, but they will not return my call. Basically, they are inaccessible.

I have had x-rays, CAT SCANS, and MRI' s as well as lab work. Sometimes the wait can be long but not always. They are friendly staff that will send you a bill if you do not have the money at the time, they let you have free copies and never charge for them and they do great work. I use and recommend them.
