When we contacted Kristin back in September 2023 about our son’s OCD we were lost. We couldn’t find anyone that could help understand what our son was going through and how to treat OCD, and our son’s intrusive thoughts were getting worse each day. Kristin was a God sent. Through the therapy and counseling she has provided our son his life back and provided the tools to deal with this the rest of his life. She also gave us, his family, not only hope, but tools to help us support our son through this journey. She takes the time to listen to and observe to determine the best course of action.

I highly recommend Kristin if you or your child is living with OCD.

I started seeing Kristin back in 2018 when I was really trying to heal myself from within. I started seeing her on an off until the end of 2019 when i was going through it and she was there to help me. I cannot recommend her enough, if you want someone who sincerely cares for their patients and their well-being. I still see her every other month but not as often as before, so it does get better. She and my dog saved my life. Thank you Kristin ❤️

Absolutely amazing therapist! Extremely compassionate, kind, and truly listens to you. I always look forward to my sessions with her, and she has helped me so much with dealing with my adhd, anxiety, and more. I can fully trust her and know that my mental health is in good hands. Kristin created a positive environment for the BFRB group classes that I participated in. She made sure that each voice was heard. Thanks to her, I made a connection with the group members. It was refreshing to meet others who suffer from a BFRB. I very much enjoyed the fidgets she gave us on the first day! On the last day, we read our letters to our BFRBs which was very emotional and gave me encouragment and strength. I highly recommend Kristin.
