I had a quote order that I made earlier in the day and haven't receive it by email. I spoke to a customer service rep Rosendo Mendez, who answered my call and was able to have it sent over. Once I received it I notice the shipping address was not enter on my part and was still able to correct it with no problem . i appreciate the service

Last week by chance we went too Merits to see if they could help us locate a manual for our Merit Vector WC. We had to select a person to help us as no receptionist was available. I just selected a name of Chris McDowell from the list. He promptly came, we told him what our problem was. He said well that isn't my specialty but I want to find the best person that can help you. He thought a tech support person, Brandon Webb would be the knowledgeable person to provide the information needed. Quickly Brandon came. We explained that we had purchased a wheelchair from a third party and it did not come with an owner's manual and we were wondering if he could help us find one because we could not control the joy stick unit. We provided him with the serial number and the model number.
He looked up the serial number and it told him what manual VR2 that was appropriate for this wheel chair. He said he could send me the book to down load in an email. He also provided us with information on other questions we had. I want to give kudos to both these men. They gave us wonderful customer service and followed through on what was promised. Thanks. P$$$ poor quality product. The batteries are small and weak. They need to use large 12 amp batteries. not worth 2000 dollars.

As a supplier of Merits Products, I must give them a great review for their products. Their power wheelchairs and mobility scooters are built very well with quality brand name electronics. My warranty rate is near 1% of all products on a nationwide level. I could not be happier with Brenda, my sales rep, and Rohan who is the lead technician. Customer service is very important as is the product. I am a happy customer of Merits Health Products and my customers are happy with the end product we supply for them. I am very dissatisfied with your quality and service on the Gemini power chair. I am trying to replace my current Merits P327 with another Merits product since I had no problems with my current one. I placed an order on August 20,2020 with SpinLife. Received the first new chair August 28, 2020. Opened crate and assembled but could not get any power to operate. A Tech from SpinLife Life came out same day to verify and was also unable to find the problem. Called spin Life to get it replaced And finally after many phones calls and a month later Spin Life order another chair. Revived different chair on September 24, 2020. Opened crate September 25,2020 to start assembly and found that it had no motor on the right side. So again unable to use out of crate. I think it’s time for a refund or to get a very good discount on another chair or to investigate another company’s products, since you are unable to get me a chair that actually work when it arrives. You would think after spending $2,600 dollars on a power chair it would work when it arrives. I’m just lucky that my current Merits chair is still working or I would be unable to go about day to day living.

I have had one of Merits Travelease wheelchairs for 18 months. Both supports for the front wheels have sheared off within a 2 month period. I am well under the weight limit. I do not use the wheelchair outside my home. The entire side frames need to be replaced. The engineering of the product is poor. The vinyl on the tires came off within a year of purchase.

I purchased from Mobility Scooters Direct. No one there will respond to my inquiry about replacing the parts even at my expense. I cannot afford the time to ship it back to FL. It was going to take over a week and $175 for someone to even look at it.

Merits tells me to call the dealer. I ordered online because no one locally carries these, and now I know why. I do not recommend you purchase the 18X series of bariatric models.

I ordered an EZ Go Power chair for my dad who is in assisted living. It was delivered on 10/4. My brother assembled it & let it charge overnight. It didn't charge so we reconnected it again & let it charge overnight. It worked the next day & it was fully charged when he went to dinner. It died when he went to leave the dining room. The facility charged it last night. I am here today 10/7 & it isn't charged. Beyond frustrating.
