If i could give 0 stars i would. I lived in Miami Shores for 14 years and Ive been coming to this place since then. Never had a bad experience until today. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this doctor's office. The staff were not only unhelpful, but also outright rude and aggressive. When I arrived, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of basic courtesy. I tried to ask a simple question about several documents i needed to sign. There was one in particular that was not clear and receptionist responded with impatience and hostility. I asked for the manager and after 15’ waiting for her she came with even worse attitude where not only not explained anything but throw the documents in the desk and walk away. These administrative employees are new but im not coming back here ever again! It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such unprofessional behavior, especially in a medical setting where people are already stressed or worried. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate or respectful service. The level of disrespect here was truly unacceptable

The staff and the doctor were amazing. I was in and out. Everyone in the office was nice. I have found my go to urgent care when I am not feeling well. Thanks for the outstanding service today

The worst experience in history. Place is dirty. The door to enter the exam hallway area has mold on it. I called ahead of time on the phone that it would be a 30 min wait. We showed up 6 min later and we waited 2 hours and 15 min. Then instead of seeing a doctor we saw an inexperienced PA. When it came to charging our copay it was supposed to be $12 but instead they charged $77.50. She charged us this amount after waiting 2 hours instead of telling in during check in. What a filthy place. This place is fraudulent. I just left 2 min ago.

I was visiting from out of town and received excellent care here from everyone! They were fast and efficient and very kind and helpful. Dr Sanchez took excellent care of me and offered several suggestions for me if I had any future problems. I was even able to purchase prescription medication right from their office, that was extremely helpful. I was very happy with their care and I would highly recommend using them!!

The doctor and medical assistant were great.
BUT... the Receptionist was so rude to me! Wouldn't make eye contact, mumbled instructions that I had to keep asking her to repeat herself - even used a hand gesture to brush me off to the waiting area. Then I was waiting for a medication. She had it in her hand, but then stood up and starting telling a long personal story to her colleagues and was laughing and carrying on while I was there waiting. And sick! She was a real let down to an otherwise great clinic.

The nurses and doctor Eliana were all very caring, empathetic and sweet and made me feel comfortable. I had large scrapes on my leg and they cleaned it up and even gave me extra gauze to take home. They weren't able to print an itemized receipt the day of for some reason - they said the office manager wasn't there, so I didn't really understand why that was the case. If I would have been able to receive my itemized receipt the day of, I would have given 5 stars. The prices were a bit expensive, I had to get a tetanus shot since I was on vacation and didn't have access to my primary care provider. But overall, quick and caring service.

Long wait. I came here 2days in a row to give them a chance. I came last night which was a Friday night and left because I realized that it is 1hr before closing and the staff could be tired. I came back today which is a Saturday morning and we waited over 2hrs for the doctors see us. They passed 2 people before us so that shows that there is a lack of organization. If I had to wait this long than it’s best to go to the hospital
