I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived due to a work-related back injury and was met with unprofessional and inattentive staff. Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged for several minutes, and the front desk staff were engaged in non-work-related conversations instead of assisting patients. I also witnessed patients who arrived after me being seen first, which raised concerns about their check-in process.

Hygiene was another major issue. Multiple patients were given the same registration tablet, and I never saw it sanitized between uses. When I asked for it to be cleaned before using it, instead of the receptionist handling it, I was handed a wipe to clean it myself. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical setting.

To make matters worse, the receptionist forgot to return my ID after check-in. I was in pain and didn’t realize it until later when I went to pick up my prescription. When I called the next morning, I was told my ID was not in the office. Thankfully, Taylor was extremely helpful and escalated the issue to the Coordinator, Trish, who took my concern seriously and assured me she would investigate. Since they were unable to locate it, I had no choice but to report it stolen to the police, as there is no way to determine if it was lost or taken by someone.

While I appreciate the efforts of Taylor and Trish in resolving the matter, the overall lack of professionalism, organization, and proper hygiene at this office is deeply concerning. I hope they take immediate steps to improve their customer service and patient care.

Update: 2/3/2025 - My license was located and I called and issued an apology to the staff. However my overall experience of this location is the same.

Mess production type of business, 100% profit focus, weeks of waiting time before a primary care see a patient, no feedback on lab results and referrals very hard to schedule do to how busy they are in the back office with dozens of employees bumping into each other, after weeks from a basic doc visit I could never get my lab test results, no callback about my referral and every time I call the office it becomes a loop, so I’m going to wait another 3 1/2 weeks earliest appointment to see my doc Larissa assistant so I can then ask AGAIN for my referral, Lab test results and hope for the best, if you are looking for a new network of doctors, run away from Simed Health. Very short on staff buildings are all outdated, they are squeezing the profits to the maximum.

I woke up with a sore, swollen, infected toe And did not know what caused it. The podiatrist, Cindy McDonald, worked me in the very next day. She gently cleaned and treated it and explained to me what it happened. I would highly recommend her.

I am so grateful for the care I have been and are still receiving from Dr. Cynthia Hardin's office. Thanks to Stephanie Kop's treatment, I am pain free again. They are worth much more than just 5 stars.

I’ve seen Dr. Pauline for a while and recently moved back, and I drive 2 hours to see him. He is one of the most caring doctors I ever worked with so far. Only issue I’ve had recently is getting a call back in a reasonable time frame. It makes it more difficult with the distance I drive for urgent matters. Other than that I highly recommend Dr. Pauline to everyone.

I been a patient here for a few years now and lately the service is fatal. Went for labs and the lab forgot one and called me later to tell me and that I could go to Quest. Keep changing the hours and appointments, not taking in consideration that people work or have prior engagement. Also good doctors moving to other practice facilities like happened with my allergist and nefrologist.

It’s sad the way the health industry is going. The case is gone as well as concern about patients.
I’ve been trying to make an appointment with Primary care for a month. When I call voice mail comes on and left message they call back anytime but not the right time for me to take call. When they leave message they say to call back but again I miss call and I call back no one answers and then leave message. It’s a viscous cycle. There’s not many primary clinic here. It’s ridiculou!!! And I’m passing copays for this kinda treatment but no one cares anymore.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Billing is a mess, they charge when you shouldn't be and don't seem to care. Every person passes you to another person. They don't seem to care about patient well being, just pass you off to another person. First and last time I would ever go there.
