DR. MARIE JUSSOM WONDERFUL! I am almost 40 my siblings and I came to this center growing up. Not this exact location the one on liberty plaza on 79th street. At the time it was DR. ALEX PEIRRE AND DR.OKUMBO since then they both retired but, passed the torch to DR.MARIE AND MY FAMILY AND I LOVE ❤️ HER! Thank you FOR TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY.

Worst medical center do not go here run as fast as you can away from here. A lot of negligence go on here. A whole week after my appointment I had to wait for my medication after I told the doctor I was out of refills, she forgot to send it to my pharmacy and went on vacation I had to wait a whole week with no medication and yes I called everyday after my visit. And I needed a referral I gave the doctor the name address and phone number of the specialist I need the referral for and she still wrote the referral for the wrong doctor I had to reschedule my surgery because I couldn’t get clearance on time because of doctors medicals NEGLIGENCE

Oh my God I couldn't ask for a worse place to go get attended and see my doctor no one cares everyone is doing their own little thing you ask for help no one is there to help you this place should be closed down immediately customer service is non-existing in this place specially the secretary in the front she is so rude I've never encountered a person that lacks so much people skills and good manners like she does if I could give this place negative Stars I would do it

The front desk lady “the colored one” as somebody mentioned, was the same person to book my newborn and my son an appointment as new patients and told me to come early in the morning and I did. Both front desk lady’s were nice. The patient care team worked together with us to do vitals and were very nice and accommodating, then came Dr Louiana she was so sweet and so humble and professional. Then the person to check us out was very charming and hand delivered my sons physical and my newborns referral. Thank you all. My only complaint is the cleanliness. I saw someone’s bandied handing on an arm of a chair and things on the floor.

I agree with several of the reviews on here. I have had the same experience with the lab wait time. They need to have more than just one phlebotomist/lab tech working. Secondly, I went for my follow up with the NP and I got there 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (I called when I knew that I was going to be running a little late) and when I got there I had to wait to check in, which took me another 10 minutes. So by the time I checked in I was 20 minutes late and was told that I couldn't be seen. Now I've been going there for a few years and I am usually on time if not early. Finally my wife has been requesting a medication refill for weeks and has yet to receive it. We both have called and went to the office on multiple occasions and they claim the refill wasn't placed. Then it was "refilled" but the pharmacy doesn't have any requests in the system. This is a poorly ran clinic and we will be finding a new practice for our family's medical care.

They horrible!! I had a baby last year and never seen a doctor till my child was one !! They kept canceling my appointments and when they rescheduled I wouldn’t be notified or I’ll get a call the day before or the day of!! This place just wants money !! This man never not once asked me about my previous mental health problems!! Nothing about the pregnancy I will not be going back there again !! And to think I was going to transfer my kids there !!!glad I didn’t make that mistake

Huge sign in front says Walk-ins welcomed. I was the first one there Mon… ohhhh we’re not taking walk-ins (visibly sick). No other options given and they wonder y we flood the ER. Every time I go here there’s an issue.

I don't recommend it no because the doctors is because the terrible personnel, if you go for lab test be ready to wait hours, I went on August 2 my lab was at 9 and takes two hours for them to call me their service is really bad, I ask a nurse if she know when they going to call me and give me that nasty actitud if I saw the reviews first I never came to this place. I will call the city and the bbb they have to check this clinic something weird is going on. If you no are cuban like me you don't get your appointment on time. I wish I can't give no star]. 09/09/2022 Is a shame that they don't even answer to the reviews anymore because all of them are bad. I will report them to the state. They don't deserve to continue in business.
