Michael does a great job listening to what you’re looking for, what your priorities and health concerns are, and then matching you with a plan to meet those needs. I called 6 different health insurance people before I settled on working with him because he actually listened and changed recommendations based on our conversations. He was patient with my 100 questions and answered thoroughly and with a good sense of humor. These “serious conversations” were actually enjoyable.
