This was our first visit. We were greeted professionally and with kindness. At first I thought there could have been a problem for we did not have an appointment.
No problem we were told!
We saw Slyllia; APRN and she was more than delightful…she was caring and asked all the right questions.
We have changed our PCP and now Associates MD URGENT CARE will be place for all our medical care.
On another note the facility was clean and inviting.

Dr. Maldonado-Garcia is an outstanding doctor; however, she is an even better person. She took the time to review every line of the lab results and translate them to Spanish for my mother. The staff is also very attentive. This office, its staff, and Dr. Maldonado stand out due to their personable approach. To put it in perspective, I drive almost 45 minutes to this office because Dr. Maldonado has been able to connect with my mother, and her genuine care for her makes it worth it.

The girl in the front doesn't want to know what she's doing. I told her that I don't have a deductible, and she kept telling me that I do have a deductible, and I know my insurance. She wouldn't even call to verify. I even offered to call and verify, and she didn't even want to let me do that. And no one else would help me. I already don't feel good. Is why i'm here?Why make it so difficult. Don't come here the service is horrible.

Natalie, the manager of the office goes above and beyond and is so kind - She made me feel so welcomed and like they would do anything to help me. This place was amazing but she really was the star!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Maldonado-Garcia and I'm so happy with her. Knowledgeable, thorough, takes her time to go through your test results. Glad circumstances led me to find a new doctor. She's Great!

Very bad experience, couldn't be worse. I came to the urgent care with elderly woman. Waiting time 30 minutes, that was ok. The nurse who came to our room didn't say: hallo, she didn't say anything in full or clear sentence, because she didn't speak English. She couldn't pronounce any name of her medication. I asked her does she speak English and she left the room. Later the nurse practitioner came, a man, he asked us a question but he didn't let me answer because he cut me off 3 times. Then I asked him also does he speak English, because looks like he didn't understand what I was saying, then he said that I'm racist. But I was trying to be calm because I really I wanted accomplishe what I came for. Then finally he let me finish my explanation and he became very sweet... He also said that my lady needs an X-ray. We were waiting for 40 minutes and nothing, I went to use the bathroom and they have some air freshener in the bathroom, and I developed a cough from it and I couldn't stop coughing and I had to leave to go home to take something to stop the cough, and I told the front desk woman that I will come back shortly because we live cross the street. When I came back my lady was sitting in the front already saying that they couldn't do the X-ray because the X-ray table was too tall, but she said also that they gave her an injection for pain, that was ok. I was trying to discuss the matter with the front desk woman but she said that we have to go to Akumin. I also asked her can the nurse practitioner give us a prescription for the same medication what was given to her in injection but she said that it is an injection and they can't give us a prescription for it, but I told her that this medication comes in tables form also, she said: no, I said: yes. Then she said that I'm very difficult and she will call police on us. She did. Police came and told us to leave. We left. Conclusion:That is another place which is becoming Spanish, soon all employees will be Spanish with one employee who speaks English fluently, very soon. And you better act like Spanish people like, you have to obey they rules, they coming to US to tell us what to do and how to do.

I had a great first appointment at Associates MD Cypress Creek with Dr. Maldonado-Garcia. The staff is organized and kind. I am glad this is my new Primary Care Provider office.

I honestly couldnt have asked for a better PCP. I relocated from the Plantation office and although they are amazing, I didnt feel as welcomed. She is so patient and have made me feel so comfortable in her presence. She handles her patients with so much grace. This is first time ive truly understood my lab results after reviewing them with her.
