I was scared to talk to a therapist for a long time, however Jenna eased my mind within the first 5 minutes of talking. She is so easy to talk to and I am thankful my friend recommended her. Jenna helps me work through issues instead of trying to throw medication at the problems. Hands down she's my favorite!

Jackson County does not deserve such a wonderful and excellent therapist. If you've never done therapy before or you're apprehensive, I highly recommend making an appointment with Jenna. If you're 'going through it' or just wanting to grow, Jenna is most likely the best therapist you are going to find anywhere in North Alabama. She has a wide range of experience and she really helps you get to the heart of your issues.

You can trust that you will be comfortable, heard, and understood in a session with Jenna.

Jenna is an Ally and you can bring your whole self to her. Also, her team, Darlene, is very friendly and will help sort out any insurance and scheduling issues in advance of or during your appointment.

Scheduled two appointments in 2 week’s and she canceled each an hour before appointments. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I can understand one emergency an hour before the first appointment, but to do the same thing again 2 weeks later at rescheduled appointment. Had the patient canceled like this I’m sure payment would have been expected. Dependability zero, compassion for patient’s mental health also scores a zero! If you truly need mental health help you deserve better than Jenna Mudd Counseling can offer.

As a kid and teenager I never went to any therapists or anything of that nature. I can promise you this, I wish I could have met Jenna sooner! She is very professional and leaves religion/personal thoughts out of sessions! She isn’t afraid to say what needs to be said and is very intelligent! Being diagnose with depression and anxiety, having this therapy service has really changed my life for the better! I highly recommend Jenna to be your therapist and would suggest her to anyone and have to many!

Hands down the best around. I used to see a Board Certified Psychiatrist and got no where. I feel like they wanted to push meds instead of fixing issues.
Jenna is down to earth, very conversational, and truely wants to work on what is needed to correct issues and not mask them. She is so easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable doing so. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I really wish I had found her a long time ago.
