If I could give 100 Stars I would. The husband and wife who own this place have the biggest hearts I have ever seen. They spent countless hours on the phone trying to help me with my scooter. I finally brought it in today to have it looked at. Unfortunately the motor had water damage. I had purchased it from someone not realizing this. They are very honest and I would recommend them to everyone. Don't waste your time with other Mobility dealers. Go to the BEST. I thank you again for all your help.💙

We were visiting Florida, and needed to rent a scooter for a friend. Very good company to deal with, super clean store and equipment, they teach you and give you good instructions how to use the equipment, and they have the best price! We highly recommend them.

I chose this place blindly when I needed to rent a scooter for my mothers vacation in Fort Myers. I’m so glad I did. Budget Mobility was easy to find, offered a good price and had a new scooter for us to rent. The proprietors were very friendly and kind and provided an easy explanation of how to assemble and disassemble and work the scooter. The experience was equally good when I returned. I was even greeted by my first name upon returning the scooter and they had my check out paperwork all ready to go. In other words Budget Mobility provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I highly, highly recommend them for your mobility rental needs.

The owners of this business were friendly, knowledgeable and repaired my scooter- it needed new batteries and armrests. The store is well-stocked with a variety of mobility aids. They also have many electric recliners with the boosting seats.
If I ever need help again, I would like to visit them and their store.

Andre and his wife were so wonderful to work with. They asked me critical questions to determine what was the best scooter option for my mom who was visiting from out of state. His recommendation was perfect and my mom was pleased as well. Mom said that this scooter made her visit with us so much easier. She was able to explore and shop like she did before her limitations. Thank you Andre for being a part of our community and for the extra day rental at no charge. Mom plans on visiting again. When she does I'll be renting the scooter again.

Budget Mobility is truly an outstanding place. In Marlene and my view, it is THE PLACE to satisfy whatever mobility challenges you might be facing.
We are both on mobility scooters but one of the batteries had seen its final days. What to do, since my scooter is the only way to get around and have a life and be able to help my wife.

Andre answered the phone – “I understand your emergency – come see me and I’ll take care of you”.

He was amazing - displaying a clear passion about helping people and doing so with a remarkable sense of caring and kindness.

His wife, Pascale, even had the courtesy to go to our car and say hello to my wife Marlene, who was anxious about our predicament. In a matter of seconds, Pascale was able to reassure her and make her comfortable.

That’s a special quality and a very special aspect of genuine customer satisfaction.

Kindness – Caring – Respectful – Helpful – is the experience we had at Budget Mobility. To repeat – it is THE PLACE to go to for mobility
requirements.
