Fantastic Experience! I'd called several other competitors and did not receive helpful responses. Decided to visit this store after a nearby lunch. All staff were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! They took time for all my questions and let me demo the actual products. I came home and researched their pricing and customer satisfaction, went back for a final inspection and ordered my new Go-Chair by Pride. Linda, Carolyn, Ralph and Kim are great. I came back 5 days later to pick it up. What a great product, company and personal experience. Highly recommend them and very happy with my Go-Chair!

They were so experienced and knowledgeable in helping my friend to choose a walker. Prices are much better than another mobility store in Fort Myers for the same walker. This should be everyone's "go-to" store for any mobility equipment.

Excellent medical supply store. Very friendly staff. Incredible selection of mobility aids from a cane, hemi walker, wheeled walker, transport chairs, wheelchair, power chairs. A customer in the store at the same time I was shopping, spontaneously turned to me and said "they're really good here". I agree.

Wonderful customer service. Kim helped us out buying a lift chair for our dad even though we are in another state. She went above and beyond by sending us photos and descriptions of the chairs that were available, which allowed us to decide. Their delivery was so fast and the delivery person was excellent setting and positioning it. Thank you so much for helping us.

I have had the pleasure of working with Advanced Mobility Medical Depot twice now. I first rented a scooter while on vacation here this past April. I was given so much information, that when I decided to move here in July, they were my first stop after settling in. This time, after some thought on my part and discussion with the ladies there, it was time for a power wheelchair. They were able to get me just what I needed, great price, they delivered it and made sure I was comfortable operating it.

With my new found freedom came another issue…..how to get around with ease…..again they directed me to AES, between these two companies, it’s made my transition from Michigan to here easier. They all care about the individual, each one is a different story. They will get you just what you need!
