Hi this is Janet Sparks writing this review to Jennifer and staff of what a great job that they did with my husband, George Sparks he is very pleased with his results. He is very pleased with the surgery that she performed and will continue to see her and staff as long as needed. They were very professional, courteous, kind, and understanding I can’t say enough good about them. I thank God every day that I found her God bless you all.

My advice is to avoid this Doctor's office! This Doctor is very unprofessional!

I attended this appointment with my Mother, who was to have a foot procedure done. I attended the appointment with my Mom, so I could drive her home, after having both feet worked on. We arrived at her appointment time of 10:30.

We sat in the waiting room until 11:30.

At 11:30, she was called back to room #2.

Amanda, the tech, went over multiple questions with my Mom & we even shared some laughs together, as Amanda was very friendly & pleasant.

At 11:50, the Doctor came in the room, to look at my Mom's feet. While sitting in the room, the Doctor oddly looked over & asked "Do you have a problem?". With my response, surprised by such question, I answered "No, with a confused face".

The Doctor then left the room to gather supplies for the procedure. The Doctor was gone until 12 pm. While the Doctor was out of the room, my Mom & I were having a casual conversation, to where we commented that it was ridiculous that we had been there an HOUR & A HALF & was finally about to be helped by the Doctor.

Well I would have to assume the Doctor was standing outside our room, as we were talking quietly. To then the Doctor walks in & ask "What's so ridiculous"? To our response being, the wait time. She then proceeds to state that we can leave, since we told her she was ridiculous. I responded that we didn't call HER ridiculous, but that the wait time was a bit long. At that point, she tells me that I need to leave the room. It all was extremely strange.

I leave the room & casually am talking to the front desk girl, as this whole situation was unnecessary. While standing there, I hear the Doctor yelling at My Mom. Next thing ya know, the Doctor comes out of the room, yelling at me & saying she's going to call the cops.

She tells my Mom that she can come back this afternoon for her foot procedure b/c too much of her time has been wasted & she needs to move on to the next patient.

My Mom left this doctor's office in tears due to how this Doctor treated us.

This whole scenario was beyond mind-blowing. I've never been in a situation where I've seen ANYONE act like this, let alone a Doctor. There was no need for any of this. Instead of the Doctor apologizing for the hour & half wait time, she belittles & threatens her customers.

I hold a degree in social work & how this doctor acted is unethical & should be reported.

Treating others this way, is not ok. There was no reason for this level of disrespect. Even more upsetting when it comes from someone who is to have ethical standards.

Others need to be aware of how this Doctor treats others. It also makes me wonder how many other negative reviews have been removed by her treating to sue over an honest review.

I have had the pleasure of receiving exceptional podiatry care from Dr. Jennifer Pulapaka and her outstanding staff in Deland. From the moment we walked into the clinic, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Dr. Pulapaka is undoubtedly the best podiatrist I've ever encountered. Her expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to patient care truly set her apart. She took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition, answer all my questions, and explain the recommended treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand.

Not only is Dr. Pulapaka highly skilled, but her entire team exhibited the same level of professionalism and care. The office was clean, organized, and conducive to a comfortable and welcoming environment. Amanda was efficient and friendly, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

I truly appreciate the quality of care I received at Dr. Pulapaka's clinic. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone seeking top-notch podiatry services in Central Florida.

IN MY OPINION, NO ONE SHOULD EVER VISIT THIS DOCTOR. In my opinion, and allegedly that of other MDs I contacted, her medical advice about a certain medicine could have allegedly caused me great harm. (I am writing like this since she threatened to sue me for libel for writing my opinion on her other account, and Google will not let me respond to her alleged lies) Her alleged advice was that I should stay off a certain medicine for less than half the time that other Doctors who prescribe this medication much more than she does, allegedly recommend for their patients to be off of. She also claims that I used this same medicine before and I allege that she should have known, in my opinion, that I was not on these other medicines when I was previously on the drug she wished me to take, and in my opinion, she should have read my history, which if she did, she allegedly did not remember because she was allegedly leaving the country for several weeks.
As to releasing medical records, in my opinion, she should not blame Advent Health amd their move to a new MAR since allegedly my doctors office actually called her office and requested records to be sent to a different fax number that was not sent through EPIC or their old system, but went through a separate phone line. They never received it. I even called them the next day and they had not received it then either. In my opinion, this is just another falsehood.

As far as changing my review: to get a message from a Doctor, whom some people seem to allegedly respect, that they were going to sue me for simply stating my opinion on a review site, YES, I changed my review since I was out and did not want her to sue me, even though I am just stating my opinion as to what I remember happening and as to what she allegedly said.
I changed my review once I returned home to reflect better on what I allegedly remembered.

I recommend finding one of the other podiatrists in this area or even going to Orlando or Daytona, but I do not recommend, and never will recommend, this doctor.

Excellent care provided by all here. A 3 month old wound that wouldn't heal is now healing quickly after being treated by Dr Jennifer. Staff (Carlos and Kirsten) are kind and very helpful too. Every call was answered, insurance and medical records taken care of for me. They made it all easy! I highly recommend Deland Foot and Leg Center.

Great place awsome Dr and staff. Looked DeLand foot and leg up after my orthotics wore out.
Back again because of the professionalism and care = a great experiance. The same as before during my first pair of orthotics a few years ago.
