I was really looking for a therapist that would push me after my second knee replacement. This go round has been a much harder recovery for me. The therapists at Cora Nocatee were the perfect fit for me. Not only did I get one that looks out for me, I got the entire staff. Their Teamwork is amazing. They all realize I need to put in the work and they ALL push me daily. Thanks to the entire staff!

I have been using Cora Physical Therapy in Nocatee on and off since: 2020. Years ago I was involved in a Helicopter crash, which has caused me to have multiple back surgeries. The Staff members here are Amazing to say the least. From: Brittany, Kimie, Meghan, Madi, Steve, Mike, Hilary, Alexa, have ALL always been professional, treating me with respect, patience, kindness and on the rough days some individual counseling. I would not go anywhere else for my PT, this place is legit!!! If you need PT for anything at all, I would not hesitate to recommend them! My family members have used them as well. I can’t say enough good things about Cora Physical Therapy Nocatee.

During my knee replacement recovery, I broke my foot and shoulder in a freak accident. As a result, I spent an entire year going to physical therapy three times a week. The Cora team surrounded me with positivity and professionalism, encouraging me and giving me a variety of exercises to push me and add interest to the routine. Deep tissue massage and cupping were introduced when necessary. While I did not have dry needling, it was available, if needed.

At Cora Nocatee, there is a culture of wellness. Whether you are 16 or 85, Brittany and her team will ensure that your individual exercise program is strenuous enough to achieve maximum results, while being aware of each individual’s personal physical limitations. They have the ability to understand their patient’s needs and desire for best possible end results, and they deliver on those results with knowledge, expertise, humor, and encouragement.

I spent most of my recovery time with Brittany, Megan, and occasionally Maddie and Emma. They were fantastic and frankly, became like family to me. Love these gals! I should give a shout out to Alex, who performs magic with the schedule and will call you back when you leave a message.

I’m happy to say that I’ve totally recovered and am back on the pickleball courts and golf course. Thank you, Cora Nocatee!

While my own personal recovery from back surgery for a herniated disc and pinched nerves was interrupted by gall bladder surgery, as soon as I was able, I went to CORA 2-3 x per week. The entire team can pick up your file and know where you are in treatment and keep you moving and working through your treatment seamlessly! Alex is always welcoming and greets you upon arrival and since the room is open concept, patients are aware that everyone is working through recoveries and can benefit from seeing other options vs. just doing them on your own. In addition, CORA has some services that other PT places do not and you can utilize an online PT tool to add exercises to your routine and track them easily for progress. Choose CORA the next time you require PT and you will not be disappointed.

I have been taking physical therapy with Cora in Nocatee for almost 4 months.
The Therapust are professional, focus on your pain, work on the muscles to get you self sufficient and walk safely.
I highly recommend them, I now am pain free! Walk and balance beautifully.
I am most appreciative for my Doctor to prescribe my therapy with this group!

This my second time using this Cora PT location, and as always it was a pleasant experience! The staff is amazing, from Alex at the front desk to all the Therapists (Megan, Maddie.
