Jada is amazing and very professional. She took the time to explain things to me and be sure that I understood how the equipment and mask worked. I was very pleased with the care she took to be sure I was comfortable before ending our session. She made sure I knew how to reach out to the company of I should have any questions and even said she would be calling back to check on me to see how things were progressing with my cPap therapy.

I just received my wheelchair from adapt health, home oxygen medical and the young man who delivered the equipment was very helpful. He described the chair in complete detail and was very polite and knowledgeable about the equipment. Should I need additional help, they will be happy to assist. Very satisfied.
I do not need the wheelchair anymore 10/15/2024 and I called your company to have it picked up. Rep on the phone was polite and the technician was available to pick it up today 10/23. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. Thanks

Getting them to come out was terrible. I had to call 3 times, the first I got the answering service, the next 2 times I talked to someone that said someone would call me. The delivery person was great, he did a wonderful job. The office however needs a lot of help. We should not have to call so many times to get service. The delivery gets a 5. But I would give the office staff maybe a 2 very poor service. 😠😠😠😠😠

Jada was very thorough and professional in her explanation of my new CPAP machine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding any and all questions that were asked. I came out of the session having a clear understanding of how to use my new machine.

Folks at the front desk have varying levels of knowledge. If you see a specialist there, I think you'll be happy. They are exceptionally flexible, being able to quickly shift gears if they find their first impression of a situation wrong. In other words, they actually have a brain and are thoughtful.

Jada was amazing. she was knowledgeable and went over every part of that machine and how to use it. She also listened to my concerns and fit me for a mask that I wanted and even agreed that that mask would be the best option for me. if you need to to go to them request Jada youll be in great hands

Right now I can review your service tech Paul because he's the only person I've had any interaction with so far. I would give this guy a 10 star rating if it was possible. Between my horrible sleep habits and the nightmare it can be to get to my house Paul did it everyday until he gathered the info he needed to get me set up. If this dude if a reflection of your company in a whole then I'm positive my experience with this company should be amazing!!

Now that I've had interactions with the company I can say I'm pretty happy with the service you've provided. Again, your service tech Paul was outstanding in bringing my equipment, setting it up and explaining how to operate it.
