Called to make an appointment on June 9th as a referral from my primary care. The first available was July 31st. Get a voicemail today (7/27/2023) from their office stating that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. I called back and the next available offered is September 1st. I explained that this is ridiculous. I have been waiting over a month for this appointment and you cancel on me. They replied, “are you having problems?”… then offered August 18th as the next available. I told them to cancel everything and will contact my insurance and primary care. Maybe the doctors are good, but the front office with scheduling is inconsiderate and ridiculous.

Their incompetent staff has repeatedly called my mother about appointments for my father who recently passed away, to the point of harassment. We have told them several times that he has passed and to stop calling but the entire staff, both doctors and office, cannot seem to get the message and continue calling and upsetting us. If I worked here I’d be completely embarrassed and ashamed at how disorganized this office is, but these people apparently have no shame or care for their patients.

Called to make an appointment about a month and a half ago, the person who answered the phone had a hard time finding my insurance information. So I called my insurance and asked them to call the doctor and help her get my insurance approved because they did take it. My insurance company called me back to let me know how rude she was on the phone and said she didn't have time to do it. So I called them back the same day I made the appointment to cancel as reviews and my experience made me want to find someone else. The same person called me today to remind me of my appointment today. I told her that I canceled it the same day and why. No surprise. She had a bit of an attitude again but said she would cancel the appointment this time.

So i had to have a 48 hr holter monitor. The holter monitor was broken when i first went in to get it, so i went home. They called me back saying it was working about a half hour later so i went in to go get it back. When i asked if i could shower i was told that she would check with her manager, who might i say was extremely rude about it & said something like "no. no she cant shower or we're not doing it." in a really aggressive tone. When i took the holter monitor home the stickers kept falling off so i only had it on for 8 hrs before i had to return it. The manager asked me if i had used any lotion or oil or anything like that, which i didnt. i'm an 18 year old girl who works as a server constantly moving so i was oily & sweaty all the time. When they took it & said they would do 24 hrs i got confused so i was like are they gonna give it back to me for the rest of the 24 hrs? & the manager was so rude about it she was like "no no no we're gonna use what we have we arent giving it back to you & the copay is the same no matter if its 24 or 48 hrs." which i understood the copay part but i didnt have my purse on me so i asked if i could pay it next time. she said "oh you better not be driving without your license" in a judgemental tone like bruh i have it on my keys & you dont have to act like my mom but ok. other than her everyone was super pleasant & understanding. So i do recommend this place overall but she made my experience kinda bad. the doctors are nice & the nurses are too. the one that put my holter monitor on was literally the sweetest lady ive ever talked to. So props to her.

I've been calling them for 3 weeks trying to get an appointment and finally after 3 weeks I've got a life person on the line 3/16/2023 in order for me to get an appointment they are booked for 3 months. A person will die before they will see you, stay away from this meat market…

The office staff is the lowest performing group I have ever had to work with.

Dr. Rao is an amazing and intelligent cardiologist who undoubtedly saved my live. No one else could figure-out my heart irregularities, but he had an idea and was able to confirm it was a medicine that I was taking that caused my issues. The staff is personable and professional. When going there the first time; take the last driveway before the Tampa ramp on toll road 589.
