Normally a 5 star here but my wife called today to make an appointment and they turned her away because the doctor she normally sees left the practice. They had an opening today and said since her dr left they couldn’t see her anymore. My wife had been a patient there since they opened. Seems like if you lose Dr that’s your problem and you should try to see your patients, especially when they offered she could come in this morning but then changed their mind and said since you were a patient of this doc that left we can’t see you anymore.

I actually love this practice. Everyone knows my name. Everyone is respectful of me. Dr Harrison asks a million questions and is constantly trying to make my life better. He always goes over my Rx’s. He wants to know what changes. We talk about what my specialists finding are and makes recommendations. Great place

Removed as a patient for undisclosed specifics on “failure to comply” with treatment by Dr Kawa. I’ve never had this happen or heard of it happening. I still have no idea what he is referring to, but now have to find a new primary care.

Called office to take an appointment but been told that doctor cannot see me since I am coming from different Baptist Primary Care location even she is accepting new patients and have appointment availability. Doctor’s primary responsibility should be to see patient in need, not reject because patient is coming from different facility.

UPDATE: It is more than a week since I sent a email with my contact information but no one reached out to me. They are just showing on reviews that they care but in reality, they don't care about patient service and health.
