Dr. Shah is a delight! So professional, beautiful and friendly. Her assistants and the front desk are welcoming and efficient. There is always a cute puzzle on the whiteboard to solve. You may have to wait but when it is your turn, you are never rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Shah.

Starting with the front office staff, everyone was friendly and very professional. I waited about five minutes to be escorted back to the examination room where I was immediately seen by an assistant who confirmed the reason for the visit. Dr. Patel, himself performed my skin cancer screening. Again, very professional and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Rishi Patel for dermatology for a few years now. He always makes you feel welcome, heard and confident in his decision making. He has a great bedside manner and is quite knowledgeable in his field. While you may enter a full waiting area, the staff works hard to get everyone seen promptly. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Got checked in at reception desk and took a seat in the waiting room. I had been waiting for 15 min and a young woman called my name. I was taken across the hall to Dr. Shah’s office and placed in an examination room. She was Dr Shah’s assistant and could not have been any nicer and explained things to me and I was given a short paper gown to put on after I removed my bra. I was there regarding 2 areas of concern on my back. Dr Shah entered the room and cheerfully introduced herself and she looked at my back and answered my questions. I had the procedure done that we talked about and it was over with in 5 min. She gave me post op instructions and I was very impressed by her bedside manner and kindness. I have been going to Lotus Dermatology for quite a few years and have never been disappointed!
The doctors and the entire staff are consistently thorough, knowledgeable, kind and patient. Even when at their busiest, you don't feel rushed. It's a good feeling to know I am being cared for by the best!

Dr. Utpal Patel is the best dermatologist. We have been going to him for many years and he has never disappointed us. He cares about his patients as do his nurses and admin staff. They are always pleasant and eager to help. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for his expertise, care, and communication in explaining issues.

Very positive exrience. The office is very professional, polite, and punctual. I had no wait time before being called in for the exam. Dr Shah and her assistant were both caring and thorough. I was very pleased and comfortable with my first visit and felt very confident with the treatment.
